The girl talked the whole time, and because she couldn't stop babbling, she gave me an awful massage. The whole experience just sucked, straight up.

My usual massage therapist at my dr's office was booked. This was on a Friday and I would not be able to get in until the following week. My muscles in my neck, shoulder and back were screaming and making me want to scream. I decided to give Massage Envy a try. They got me in the same day. They were even willing to reschedule me at the last minute, when I thougt there was going to be a time issue with an earlier appointment. When I arrived I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the spa like feel. The therapist listened to me and then asked more questions in order to know exactly what muscles he needed to work on. When I left I felt so much better. It was enough to help me get through the weekend and then get into my regular therapist to finish the job. It's nice knowing I have a great place to go for a massage when I can not get to the dr's office and it's close to home.
Pros: Open late hours, great staff,
Cons: not much close in parking may have to park and walk a little bit.

This is a great concept -- to have an affordable massage every month and a low rate when you join -- my first massage was amazing -- the people are very friendly and I felt like they are looking out for my best interest.

What a great experience! At just $39 I was expecting less but got so much more. The front desk was friendly welcoming me as I entered. While filling out paper work they brought me water. During the massage the therapist checked to see how I was doing and if they could adjust anything for me. Towards the end the therapist made suggestions about stretching, drinking water and when I should return for my next massage.
When checking out the they did present me with their membership options, but I felt it was a no pressure approach.
I would suggest anyone in seach of a great massage experience to visit them.

Cons: They were so busy, there were no parking spaces close by

Wow! I am really impressed with this concept. It is a really attractive spa environment without the high prices and unnecessary foo-foo stuff. Just great massage. Very affordable, but best of all is the convenience of being able to call and and get in on short notice. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I would recommend this to anybody that wants a no-nonsense place to great a great massage at a great price.
