Siu Wok

Normally I am very picky about the Chinese food restaurants that I frequent because of the quality of food. The rice is usually nasty, crab puff usually have no crab, and the food taste stale.. I love the crab puffs here and OMG the shrimp in lobster sauce is totally awesome too. To no surprise I even like the rice, its not hard and stale tasting its exactly how rice should be soft and seasoned but not over cooked. The soft noodles are also good and seasoned well. The food is just right not to salty, greasy, or bland..Kudos to the cook
