Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep

I corresponded by email with one of the salesman for 3 days before deciding to drive from Silverdale to Monroe. I told him the car I had and what I needed to get for it to make it worth my while. He told me it sounded fair and that they had the car I was looking for. Drove 4 hours to get there only to be pushed off on another salesman who had no idea of all our emails back and forth, told me they would only give me about half of what I told them what I wanted for my trade (and the other guy said sounded fair)! They kept pushing to get us to let them run our credit even though we hadn't even picked a vehicle. The man we dealt with was so rude I couldn't even believe it!!! Since it was during the CARS program, I don't think they were having problems making a deal, however, I was still a customer! I would definitely NOT recommend dealing with them EVER!!! Some of the most rude, pushy, cocky sales people I've ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a lot of them!)! Avoid them at all cost!

Every customer entering this dealership, and all of the Rairdon group dealers, needs to be VERY aware of some very dishonest business practices. Frankly I would find another place to buy a car.We drove all the way from Kirkland because we were told that they had a couple specific cars on their lot only to find out that they were on their Arlington lot. We did see a car we were interested in so we took it for a test drive. This two year old car was a sticky mess, bald tires (illegal to have on road), parts missing, and everything that was pointed out the salesmen (two of them) responded that "Oh, we take care of that". When we asked how much they were evasive but wanted us to step inside so they could start the "process". We had not even expressed more than a passing interest in the car and they wanted to close us. We pushed them for a price and they finally stated a price nearly double the market value. At that point one salesman tried to talk my wife into looking at new Jeeps (we had already told them we had narrowed our looking down to one specific car) while the other one tried to convince me that our 3 year old (excellent condition and unique) car was worth almost nothing and they could "buy them all day, a dime a dozen at auctions (the same place they got the P.O.S. they were trying to stick us with). After running, not walking, off their lot we went home and looked up the car on THEIR OWN WEB SITE and it was priced 20% less and cited as "low miles" (car had averaged 22K a year), "excellent condition" (it was trashed), and several other outright lies.We looked over their inventory online and found that nearly every used car was priced 25 to 50% over market value. We found our car at another dealer who treated us with respect and honesty and priced their car EXACTLY at book value (and then negotiated fairly on our trade). The car had lower than average miles, was in perfect condition (including brand new tires), loaded with every option, and was priced lower than the P.O.S. was listed on Rairdon's web site. Find another dealer if you are looking for new Dodge or Chrysler's and for used cars drive another block to Speedway. They didn't have what we wanted but were amazingly helpful and respectful and tried to find us something that would work for us. Great people.
