Connell Chevrolet And Nissan

We have been a customer of Connell Chevrolet for over 17 years. A family owned business, they offer excellent customer service. Their sales people are fairly and friendly, not pushy like some car salesmen. They are willing to help you get a fair purchase price. If they don't have what you are looking for, chances are they can get it. Mike the used car manager is really good at finding cars for his customers. when my car was totaled, he found the perfect replacement car for me. The dealership has alot of repeat businessand its obvious why.

The service department at Connell was so much better than the service from the dealer I bought my Chevrolet from originally that I just started taking it into Connell. They were always nice to deal with and never patronizing (which is what I got from the other dealership). I liked their service so much that I bought my 2007 Chevrolet from them, and I have no complaints. (Well, they did call me on my honeymoon to tell me that my part was now in stock, but that's not their fault.)

If I buy another Chevrolet vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.

We bought two cars there. The sales staff is nice. They don't pester you. They are polite and try to work out the best deal. You don't feel taken advantage of.
