Foxy Nails & Tanning

Ignore that bad comment from that lady that was whining. I just went to Foxy Nails for the first time because I have been hearing nothing but GOOD THINGS about this place. I got a gentleman by the name of T and he was wonderful! Everyone there smiled as I walked in and said hello. I felt very welcome and the job he did on my nails was outstanding!!! Worth every penny! I will be a customer of theirs for as long as I continue to maintain my nails, and recommend Foxy Nails to all my friends. My daughter lives in Anchorage and is coming out soon to get her nails done there. And I loved the dog, she was very cute and didn't bother me a bit!

I don't know what that woman was thinking when she said its the worst nail salon. This is one of the best nail salons out there. Don't listen to that horrible comment. Only people with mental problems would say such dramatic things.

This nail salon is HORRIBLE!!! Not only did they CUT two of us during manicures/pedicures, they also gave the wrong, more expensive service on purpose to charge more, lied about the pricing, and refused to credit any account. Asked for ACRYLICS for $40 full set and they decided to do GELS and charge $70 EACH!!! Then when questioned, lied about pricing and the service, and continued to complain that no tip was given! They also had a little dog running around the salon, NOT sterile, PEEING IN THE SALON and running through the nail stations and supplies. When told that the Better Business Bureau and Health Board would be contacted, they said they would give a refund. The refund never showed up, and the manager only called names and hung the phone up every time she was contacted.

If you want TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, UNSANITARY service for nails, this is the salon for you!
