We took my grandfather to St Lukes Hospital, and I have to say, it was one of the hospital experiences I have ever been through. First of all, the hospital was very dirty, both the waiting areas as well as the patient's room. The nurses were very rude and unresponsive. They never helped with anything and often times were downright disrespectful. And the doctor's were not much better. They were hard to contact, and once you did catch them, they did not want to discuss anything.
Overall, it was a horrible, horrible experience. I would never return: poor care, dirty, and downright rude and uncaring. Not the things I want in a hospital setting.
