Kapowich Real Estate

We feel we got completely taken by Pat Kapowich! Bought a condo w/him in a complex he has been buying & selling in for over 10 years. He kept assuring us he knew this place inside & out. A few months after the sale we started hearing about a $13,000 special assessment that was about to go through. It was in the loan doc's that Pat went through-assured us everything was in order and had us initial each page. Now our money saved for remodeling is going towards a special assessment we should have clearly known about from our Realtor. We would never recc.anyone to use him!!! It was a $13,000 mistake!

Whoever said buying a house ain't easy obviously wasn't buying a house from Pat. He was the only person I needed to call after meeting him. I Knew right from the moment I talked with him that buying my house would be the best thing I could do.
