PC Laptops

A couple weeks ago I was messing with some of the settings on my computer and somehow managed to make my screen go blank and wasn't able to change the settings back without being able to see what was going on. I decided to get on my wife's computer and sent Dan "The Laptop Man" an email on face book. I didn't think he'd respond but to my surprise within five minutes he got a hold of me and was able to get my display working again. Did I mention it was just after midnight? Thanks again Dan.

Today I took my sons laptop in the the Layton PC laptop store to have the keyboard repaired. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I was greeted as I entered the store by the store manager Mr. Jason Knutti. He listened to my problem and fixed my laptop while I waited. He even waived the service fee!! I will be returing to the Layton store for all of my computer needs in the future!

their staff was right there when you walked in. you could see people getting helped right there. my laptop was running really slow so i brought my laptop in and they gave me a free virus check up. they fixed it right there! it was awesome. they answered all my questions right there and were happy to do so, even though i didnt buy anything. these are the people you want to go to for any computer need!

I have an 8 year old PC laptop (in computer years it is 80) This computer has been the only computer that I have needed in that time. PC Laptops has done everything they can to keep my Laptop updated and running strong. And it still runs strong even after all the "oops" that I did to it when I was learning how to operate it. The PC Laptop guys never made me feel like a clown for pushing the wrong button. The service and equipment can not be beat!!!

These guys are the best at what they do and I will never go anywhere else for my repairs and purchases. My computer didn't come from their store but they treated me like it did. They were fast (within 24 hr return of my machine), professional, and took the time to explain the process and prevention of future infection. Dan contacted me after seeing my Facebook entry about my problem and personally arranged to have the Layton office call me to set up the scan. Chad helped me with a new malware program and was even kind enough to carry my PC to my Jeep. You can't go anywhere else and be treated better and have your issues fixed right the first time.

I took my old Totally Awesome Computer in for repairs to the Layton PC Laptops store. Sean was so kind and helpful even though it was obvious that I did not purchase it from them. They helped me to get my computer running again, but it still was having some different issues when I brought it home. (Nothing to do with the repair) I took it back and Robert helped me find a computer within my price range. I went to PC Laptops because of the service that they advertise and I will go back for all of my computer needs because of the service I received! THANK YOU PC LAPTOPS!
