First, the place was a little challenging to locate. I got lost and I was 10 minutes late to my appointment. Then it took another 15 min to fill out the paperwork and by the time I was eventually seen, it had been 30 min past my appointment time. Luckily they still agreed to see me because I traveled 1 hour to get there. The front desk girls were very friendly and cute. I ended up doing laser hair removal and getting some age spots removed from my face and I have to say the service was excellent. I felt very comfortable in the office and I think it was probably the fanciest office I have ever seen before. I could have probably paid a little bit less by going to a regular office, but I have never done anything like this before and I wanted the very best. They seem very busy in the late afternoon and I noticed they always ran on time for my appointments in the morning, so my advice would be to try and book their morning appointments.
Pros: great service, knowledgable staff, wide selection of services
Cons: very popular office, so it is sometimes difficult to get the time slot you want. You need to plan in advance.
