I dropped off my Dell laptop that I bought from Dell, I know that the keyboard needed to be replaced. They called me back and told me that it was covered under Dell's warranty. They had it replaced free of charge as well as my battery that was also covered under a recall that i was not aware of. They suggested that I clean up my computer and reload Windows. I went with their suggestion and I am so happy how fast my computers works now, no more pop ups! I am going to bring in my kids HP next, that really needs work. Highly recommend these guys, Maria and Cortney were very sweet too!
