I would think that calling right at open I would be able to get a bed. NOPE. Instead their in box is full, can't even leave a message! This place is terrible and some of those girls, I won't even get started.

Whether you buy their products or not! Their customer service is rotten and even though I tan easily....after three times a week for almost four weeks..I was maybe one shade darker.

The girls who work here are constantly pressuring you to buy stuff - which is what they spend most of their time doing. In fact, if you have an appointment or are waiting for one, you will frequently wait 5-20 minutes while they pitch lotion sales to another customer, answer the phone, help people who come in AFTER you, or play with the computer. They also always tell you nothing is open if you walk in, but often I notice empty beds that stay empty the entire time I wait 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or an hour for an "appointment". It makes no sense.

If you are looking for a relaxing tan, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for pushy salespeople, you will love this place. More expensive than other salons and poor customer service.
