Einstein Bros Bagels

chicken wrap was totally awesome, potato salad is better than my mothers, only thing is when i go in there's always somebody new who's training. this really slows them down, especially at peak hours. someone told me that this is a training store, but should that really impact service to customers? i never see anyone helping the newbies learn...? i do recommend them to friends and family and have short late lunch meetings there. they always get my order right. they're competitively priced and more--it's a fun laid back place to go. i don't know where they get their employees, but they all seem to be really sharp with great senses of humor and BIG smiles. some parts of the day i feel like I'm back in Austin. great variety of food and sweets. great place.
