If you've got a style and you just need regular maintenance, this is probably a good place for you. If you need guidance or advice, try another place. I am trying to grow out a short haircut and when I go, I only get a trim. Everything costs extra - the shampoo & haircut is $18, but if you want it blown dry and/or styled, there are extra charges. Once I went and didn't even get the shampoo!

CONS: not much advice or guidance
