We tried the extreme pet service due to our bad puppy accidents. He completely destroyed two rooms of our house. CCC cleaned and treated the rooms and they came out perfect. I strongly recommend CCC to anyone with pet issues. They save us replacement costs for sure.

The greatest carpet cleaners in town! Second time they serviced our home. With 3 children, two dogs and a cat they were in pretty rough shape. Two very polite team members showed up (on time) and explained the whole process to me first and gave me a written quote, it was $50.00 less than the estimate over the phone, that was awesome. They preformed the work as agreed and the job came out great. Clean and fresh carpets, they got every spot out I plan to have this done every six months now. Thanks again for the great service. John

I made the appointment thinking they?re going to do a great job but I was not happy with how they cleaned my carpet. They could take more time working on the stains that did not come out. I tried calling still no one showed. Even with all the reviews I will not recommend this company.

I have tried several other carpet cleaning companies here in the Charlotte area, but none of them really were able to carpet as clean as I would have liked. I was very impressed at how professional they were and how nice they treated my home. I used a special 0 residue chemical free process because two of my Kids are allergic to everything. They removed stains from years past that other companies swore would never come out. Great Price and Great job!!! I am very happy with the cleaning. Kelly Corey

This company is absolutely the best Carpet & Furniture cleaning service I have had in the 17 years I have lived in Charlotte NC. Unlike other companies, that leave a residue that turns your carpet into a dirt magnet, Charlotte Carpet Cleaners gets the carpets cleaner and they stay clean twice as long. The Crew was professional, the equipment was brand new, the price is affordable, no one tried to sell us anything extra, and the quality of the work is outstanding.

We have two young children plus several family pets. As you saw they can make our homes carpeting a mess. When you got there you assured us you would make all those stains go away. Even though you had to take more time than you originally told us, you stayed and finished. Wow, what a difference! Our carpeting looks tan again. Please know that you will get a phone call from us again in the future when we need carpet cleaning again.

Excellent services, nice uniforms and a clean looking van! Technician wore shoe covers before they enter. Very professional, well spoken and knew what he was talking about. This is the first time we used city search. After going through various profiles, we liked Charlotte Carpet Cleaners profile the best. It was very detailed and systematic. Their website was easy to use and navigate. Very informative. We were so impressed with their profile itself that we were looking forward to using their services and have our carpets cleaned. As expected, the carpet looked great! Just like when we moved in. We will definitely use them again. Because of Charlotte Carpet Cleaners my reputation as a house sitter is still in tact! I was watching a house for someone when I stained their couch. I called Charlotte Carpet Cleaners and they came out the next day to take care of it. By the time the people came home the stain was gone, the couch was dry and they were never the wiser. They even asked me to watch their house again!

Charlotte Carpet Cleaner are the best carpet cleaner?s EVER! First we had our carpets dry-cleaned by a local company. All they did was take powder and with a machine and buff it into my carpets they were only there for 20 minutes. When they left all the spots came back and my 2-year-old daughter got a chemical rash all over her body. I quickly called Charlotte Carpet Cleaners to come out and see what they could do. They came out that night after hours for no additional charge to extract all the harmful dry cleaning chemicals out of my carpets. They used a truck mounted steam-cleaning machine. They removed all the spots, stains, and darkness out of my carpets. My carpets were cleaner than when I purchased my home, and the carpets dried in 3 hours. As it turned out it ended up costing less than the dry cleaning. Even if you don?t use Charlotte Carpet Cleaners, don?t ever use dry cleaning for your carpets it?s a scam

My wife and I have used CCC cleaning service for carpet cleaning and have found them to be very knowledgeable, courteous and dependable as well as affordable. We have 2 children, who along with friends, are pretty hard on the carpeting, yet CCC gets it looking great every time. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a friendly, professional and affordable cleaning service.

i just read the review from the guy or girl before me and i do not believe what he says because my friend has also given a review for charlotte carpet cleaners. and that is how i heard such great work that they do from a recommindation. But what i do know is that they do magnificant work and they sure can make magic happen because they did on my carpets and my carpets have never looked better and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHARLOTTE CARPET CLEANERS TO EVERYONE!

I would like to say a few words about my experiences with Charlotte carpet cleaners. I have always been pleased with the service I receive. From the time Nick came to my home he took time to explain what he would be doing and did the most through job that I have ever seen. When my neighbors asked me about the service, and wanted their carpets done, I did not hesitate to recommend CCC, and they did two more homes in the neighborhood. They also were very impressed with the work and customer service they received from CCC. the crew had a clean cut appearance, excellent communication skills, professional work, and that is why you guys are number one with me in customer service and workmanship. In the future, when anyone mentions carpet cleaning, I will tell them about the Charlotte carpet cleaning team.

I can't even explain how hard it is to find an IICRC certified company. I searched for days and days and i couldn't come up with anyone. I didnt just want anyone cleaning my carpets i wanted a real professional. Finally after about 3 days my friend told me about Charlotte Carpet Cleaners. So the first thing i said was are they certified. I was shocked to find out the were. I was so happy to of finally found some who knows what they are doing.Since my friend used them in the past and said they did an extremely good job i was going to give them a try. and it turns out that i could not of been happier with the result i got. I was so pleased by my carpets i had them clean my furniture and area rugs. My house looks great and smells like new. If you are looking around and can't make a decision don't hesitate to call Charlotte Carpet Cleaners because you will not be dissapointed.
