All of these reviews but one were written prior to new management in September 2008. I only had one resident complain of animals? in the walls. The family currently living there the last several months has not experienced this. Funny how that happens! Hope you include us in your apartment search!

Love the serenity and good neighbors! I love living here! If peace is important to you, it's so quiet, and beautiful here, & fantastic customer service which is really hard to find!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bugs, bad management, poor lighting. Not good maintenance. The way they handle problems is by suggesting you move out.

you can try your luck. They recently changed their names to Berkshire of Lake Lynn. No difference. Be aware of the mold and mildew that lingered for months. I have asthma and nothing was done. I had to move out of my first apt their because it flooded. Both apts I stayed in were infested with lots of bugs and roaches and the new management had nasty attitudes about helping me. They suggested I move out. I thought that was very unprofessional not to mention they are still trying to fix up on the outside but the inside remains the same. A mananger from South Carolina came up and turned my lock on the door upon me moving trying then to do something about the living conditons. She was very nasty too. I would not recommend this place. The lighting is bad and their is no security around.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Roachs in the apartment, squirrels and Raccoons in the walls all during the day and night. You can complain, but you will continue to have the problems, until the day you move out. I do not advise anyone in their right mind to live here.
