Last time I went in they said my doctor had not called in my prescription. I then called my doctors office and they said they in fact did call it in. The man helping me looked again and said I had a different name in the computer (maiden) and that is where he was looking. My prescription was called in under my married name, so I don't know why he looked elsewhere or how he came up with that. My problem was how rude he was about it as if it was my fault there was confusion. They need some training on Customer Service!

I went in recently and used the county RX card and the pharmacy staff were rude and said they didn't accept the RX card. When I explained a family member had given me the card and it was accepted at other pharmacy's they wanted me to have that family member come in and sign some papers and totally embarrassed me like I was some kind of thief or something. Totally unacceptable behavior! Walgreens needs to remember that CVS is just a couple blocks away and more than willing to take care of me and my family.
