I mailed my son a Birthday Card on August 19, 2010 in hopes that he would get it on his birthday which is on Saturday, August 21, But it was returned to me today , due to the fact that it had been opened & then taped back together & mailed. My son is in the Douglas County Jail & I know the rules of what the inmates can & can not have, therefore I know that anything being mailed can not be taped in any kind of way or it would be returned. Now my son will not be able to receive his birthday card on his birthday! Please advise me of what to do from here?

The employees at this post office are very helpful and knowledgeable, but depending on the hour, the customer line is sometimes out the door. Another problem can be parking; the lot just isn't the easiest to navigate.
