Ratings_icons Seacrest Resorts is a great place to stay.

We stayed at the resort with our two small children this summer. The rooms were comfortable and the staff kept them very clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did their job quickly so you could ejoy your room.

We bought a package, and one of the golf places would not let us redeem something due us bringing the wrong tickets....but the golf place was EXTREMELY rude and embarrassing, yelling at us. We nicely explained our experience to the resort manager-knowing it was our kind of our fault for bringing the wrong tickets but surprised at their reaction- and they gave us tickets for free drinks and meals as an extra.

The kiddie pool is wonderful, it was a great place to stay with kids. I would go back in a second.

Ratings_icons Great Place for families

We have stayed at Sea crest several times, usually along with other family members in separate rooms. We love it here, the rooms are great, staff is great and of course besides the beach, they offer so much entertainment on site that you never want to leave the hotel. We have stayed at a couple other hotels nearby and had a horrible experience in comparison. I wont ever consider any other place in myrtle beach. I have always had a great experience at Sea crest and in fact, once changed Hotels after my first night to go there. Had been reeled in with a good special to a hotel that was a nightmare nearby and Sea crest accommodated me graciously on the spot when I explained .

We stay at Seacrest every year on our family vacation. The rooms have been recently remodeled and they added a kids water park . The staff has always been very friendly and they have a program were you can earn points to use for free stays.

Ratings_icons Will never stay here again

For three years in a row my husband and I stayed here with two other couples. It was decent accomodations for the money, but because we were under the age of 25 (although over 21) we were treated very disrespectfully at check-in and check-out. The final straw came when we were told at check-in (and at no time prior) that there was a $100 cash ONLY damage deposit (although I paid with a credit card), meanwhile the clerk checking in a group of teenage cheerleaders next to us waived the fee for them although they were younger than us and staying without an adult. They also made copies of my driver's license and credit card which I did not feel at all comfortable with. They also wanted to copy the driver's licenses of all people staying in the room. I understand the precautions but this was NOT spring break week, and we were all between 21 and 25 at the time. At check-out we had to wait 30 minutes for them to send someone to check the room before they would refund the cash deposit and we could leave. It was quite humiliating to be treated that way. The spare acommodations for the modest price are hardly a trade off for being treated like a criminal!
