Professionals - so glad we found Down to Earth

So impressed by their process and work. Their designer helped me establish a realistic budget for what we wanted to do. Then they offered variations on designs that would work and finish options to keep us in budget. Originally we wanted to phase all but when we got the patio and wall down we decided to have all done at once. This was a major renovation and we were really impressed with how professional and clean the installer crews were. Every day, the property was left neat and clean with materials stored neatly by the house. We highly recommend the Down to Earth team for any landscape project.

We had them do an extensive renovation of the grounds at our older North Raleigh home. My wife and I were very both pleased with the process. I frequently travel and was pleasantly surprised that there were no problems or issues with work going on while I was out of town. Everything went just as they described. A+ for service and attention.
Pros: attention to detail, friendly and professional
Cons: in demand and very busy. call early.

Very helpful and knowledegeable
by raleighgardennut
I had no idea what landscaping would cost but they helped sort through my budget and features I wanted to create a stunning landscape. We phased to break into manageable chunks and now the patio and watergarden are finished to complete the landscape. We have several large gatherings a year and all our guests regulary comment that they feel like they've stepped into a magazine picture. Starting with a good design makes all the difference and they did all installation so I didn't have to coordinate 5-6 different subs and deal with those headaches. I can tell these guys enjoy what they do.
Pros: fast response, clean, quality

lighting

I was glad to find someone who knows lighting design, not just installation to do the job. Ben turned our plain patio into a beautiful outdoor living room. The effect at night is spectacular. Now all we need is warmer weather!
Pros: great eye for design, superior methods

Pond and lighting gurus
by holdenoversoul
Down to Earth installed a magnificent pond with state of the art filtration and fiber optic lighting. You would never know it was man-made. I have been a pond hobbyist for years and enjoy garding myself, but just didn't have the time and energy to install this myself. They really know the chemistry and art of pondbuilding. This is phase 1 of a master plan they designed.
Pros: professional
