I am excited about what looks like a new one coming on the Old 55 Highway off of the 55 Bypass in Apex. I look forward to it opening soon.
This is a pretty nicely-sized store that offers a good selection of items at a nice price. I enjoyed looking around and found it very clean. There's a restaurant inside.
Love this store ! Love to shop 'cause its cheaper than other stores very clean and I guarantee U will find everything here including fresh Meat, Dessert like Kulfi and Vegetables cheaper than Foodlion/Harris Teeter etc... Indian store most known to desis at the university is a good place to buy indian spices and staples food items.Something worth noting is that even the generic produce is at a cheaper price than foodlion/harris teeter.
There is also a student discount if you go shopping on Wednesdays.
Though a major set back is its non-accessibility by bus.
Probably, it is the closest Indian store if you are a student at NC State. Following are the best features

Around the world market is the best Indian store in triangle area with large selection of snacks, spices, frozen food and all other kind of groceries. I just came to know that they are about to open a new store in Durham (on hwy 54).
This place is connected to a restaurant serving hilal foods. It has affordable fresh produce and food from all over the world.
If you want to try something, this is the place to go. They have hair products, snacks, meats and frozen goodies for all. Prices are good and much lower than normal grocers.
Around the World market has the best selection of Indian groceries in the triangle. I was really impressed with how courteous all the employees were and also with how clean and well organized the store was. They have a nice selection of spices, sauces, fresh vegetables and fresh deserts.
