rented big expensive equipment. Did not work. Husband and friend, took off half day of work, drove 3 hours, to do job, get there equipment didn't work. Had excuses why have not given credit. Over 800.00 lot of money!
Boss on vacation . So I disputed it on my americanexpress and the employee was so angry because I chewed him out after 2 weeks not giving us the credit. He smartly said well now your just going to have to wait 8 -10 weeks for your credit when American express does their inquiry.
Yes, I was rude, because the so called employee told me the day the equipment did not work, or was it the owner....
Oh, don't worry, you don't have to disput it, I'll give you that credit . But, I disputed it right away, that day. That's why he was angry, American express sucked it right out of his account. He told me they did. Employees said could not give credit because boss was in Colorado on vacation. Funny employee can access account, deposit into account, but can't take care of customer with a credit. I think they were just angry didn't get to use cash flow of 800.00. Very negative experience. If was not the owner I was talking to , he need new employee, if owner,
Probably won't be in business to much longer. Sealy not that big for that kind of service
