RTI is by far the worst management company ever. They put the blame on others and turn them away for anyting. I have been through hell with them and abused to the end. They will ditch it out to hurt anyone. Be careful folks as they even frame you and tape calls without asking for your consent. They can never be wrong. They are abusive and corrupt to the end.

No responses from business unless they are seeking payment. They only provide basic services. Paperwork is very sloppy. They have another Property listed on a letter addressed to my community. They refused to tell who is on our board or give information relating to the board. They tried to deny access to By-laws of the association.

We are starting off the New Year right. Somebody must be doing something right. Our taxes didn't go up. Our hoa dues didn't go up. Our neighorhood looks great. The annual garage sale paid for Christmas. We made it through the holidays with no breakins in our block. The street lightsare working. We are glad we live in a hoa.

I just saw the year to date financials & it looks like we are finally collecting on some of our deadbeats who are way past due, even the one that walked away from their homes and left their houses vacant and their GARBAGE in the yard.
We should do more foreclosures. It is not fair to us who pay our dues. We should not have to pay the deadbeats dues. Get the lawyers after them

we just got our annual dues invoice. I don't know how they do it with the bad economy and all the houses that are under water; but, there are no dues increase for our association, we may have less parties and gatherings in 2010, so hopefully our governing board with the help of cma can keep us goin' one more year and maybe by then there will be more jobs for everyone

We haven't moved very much, but we have graduated to different neighborhoods first in Fort Worth , then to mid-cities and now in north Fort Worth. It doesn't take long to see the difference between the neighborhoods without any organization compared to the neighborhoods with a mandatory homeowner's association. We have learned that it is better to live in a community where there is an association than living in one where the neighbors keep their cars on cinder blocks on the front yard. We have also learned that the enforcement of the rules vary from different management companies. So far we like CMA. It seems to be the best.

Last year when the builder pulled out of our Fort Worth neighborhood because of the housing crisis, we were kinda left high and dry. CMA stepped in and organized us. We were able to keep the pool open and all the events for the kids. They handled all of the details that were required and made sure the landscape people did what they were suppose to do. They were there when we really needed them.

The first thing I noticed was that RTI/CMA Management had backup employees. When the employee who was assigned to our neighborhood was on vacation or had a schedule conflict, they always had a backup manager who seem to know the ins & outs of our Fort Worth property. This is a goog thing. Everyone should have a backup system in place.

Last year our out-going hoa board with their infinite wisdom let the CMA contract expire. The new management company was suppose to be cheaper.
They were . . . but they did not do anything. That is why they were cheaper!
So this year the new board brought CMA back. Lesson learned . . . cheaper is not better.

I googled Bridlewood and I came across this site. It is the last time Is this where are the Bridlewood naysayers go? A management company simply carries out the directives of the Board.
To be a GREAT HOA you have to have volunteers who care about their community and not just about the size of their signing bonus or future gas lease checks. Kudos to CMA for putting up with those who benefit from the work of others and never volunteer!

Most of my neighbors at Chapel Hill do not fully understand that an HOA has to be operated as a business. At a recent meeting it was obvious that there were those that do not grasp that the housing market is going through a downturn. We are lucky that the developer has stayed with the community and that CMA is able to keep the property going by stretching the budget just to maintain basic services. If all the homeowners would pay their dues, then we will be able to do more things. DUH

CMA management is terrible. They can't even do a simple thing like change the pool code twice a year to keep out the vandals.

Every year they put in their budget things for parties and such, but its the people that have to pay for everything. They can't even make budgets.

Thats fraud in my opinion and I am begging the city of fort worth officials not to let them run our PID.

Do not hire CMA management, and write down every word they say if you ever come across them!

I have lived in Chapel Hill in NW Fort Worth for three years, and CMA has been "running" our neighborhood for two out of three. They have dishonest managers, and have never let us see the records for our money. They have told us that they are paying $40,000 just to run our pool. We have had to hang our own decorations for Christmas time, and they won't supply anything. The budget they send out yearly is a joke, really. A waste of paper!

If you are moving into a neighborhood, ask who your management company is, and if it's CMA you may want to rethink your move.

I have read the other reviews, and I agree very strongly with all of them, and I also feel like I live in a neighborhood that is being run by crooks!

I live in the Chisholm Ridge neighborhood in Fort Worth. CMA is way too expensive. invasive and controlling. They are definitely not friendly or approachable ,and have in the past contradicted themselves when I have had issues to discuss with them. They seem to forget that they work for us instead of us working for them. Without the homeowners in this neighborhood they would not have jobs. They seem to get the Board members under their control and their loyalty is to CMA not to the neighborhood they live in. No CMA member even bothered to show up at our last Town hall meeting and when the question was asked who is happy with CMA ZERO hands went up. When the proposal was made that we find a new management company the Board president said we couldn't find anyone better and that we could not change companies and closed out the meeting. it was suggested that we rewrite the bylaws of the HOA and that also was shot down by the board even though they had earlier mentioned several of the bylaws that they had decided they just wouldn't enforce as they were too tough. If you have a choice find someone else. this company is a nightmare that won't end.

I am a homeowner in Bridlewood and are under the auspices of CMA. It is my hope that when the contract comes up next year we will be well rid of this management company. I find them a very arrogant bunch, very expensive and are usurping their authority within this community. They often forget who is paying for them as do our own HOA Board so I suppose that is how this all started. We had a meeting on the 29th July and all
rules of order were ignored. On CMA's website there is a book Roberts Rules of Order which they say is used in all meetings. Well where was it when we had our meeting and CMA did not even say a word when our
HOA President decided that we do not use these rules. If you are a management company you should manage. This management company met with our Board and the Williams G & O and Mr. Mark Footlik
to discuss potential drilling in Bridlewood. Why were they involved before the residents were involved?
I could go on and on about no meeting agendas , no financial reports available forever, Now I hear there
is a rush on to go back and have some notes for people to see . Before this they said that they did not ever
take notes. Anyway, I would never recommend this company!!

This company is unsupportive and unresponsive to homeowners concerns. We recently had a special meeting called to unseat the Bridlewood Directors. During the meeting, CMA allowed for the interpretation of Bylaws and CCR's to be interpreted to favor the Directors. Additionally, they did not stop the meeting when the President of our HOA would not recognize "Roberts Rule of Order". They continue to keep employees on their payroll that have had many complaints, but state none have been filed.

Our representatie at Bridlewood, Toni Griffin is argumentive, unresponsive, unprofessional, and manipulative. Furthermore, she allows the Directors to conduct meetings without taking complete notes or give an updated treasurer report. When homeowners have asked to see bills or records of spending or minutes, there is a lot of resistance and often none are produced. When items requested are produced, a consinderable amount of time has passed before the items in question are delivered. Toni makes decisions out of her scope of job duty and when asked to cease, she continues to do as she wants. She should not be employed in this position.
