I have had nothing but angst from this company.
Here is a summary of events:

02/21/09: Meet with salesman Angel. Signed contract and scheduled installation for 5:00pm on 02/24/09.

02/24/09: Angel called to change appointment to 02/25/09 at 9:00am.

02/25/09: Arrived 9:00am and performed partial installation of system. Angel said he'd return to complete job at 9:00am on 02/26/09. Wednesday 5:00pm installed at second property, but provided no paperwork regarding system usage or how to add, change and manage passwords.

02/26/09: Angel called to say he'd spent night in hospital and could not make 10:00am appointment. Scheduled for 10:00am on 02/27.

02/27/09: Angel never showed up and never called.

03/03/09: After 5 days of no contact I called. Angel claimed to have been sick. Said he could complete installation at 5:00pm following day.

03/04/09: Angel never showed up for the 5:00pm appointment, did not call and failed to answer my multiple calls and voicemails.

03/09/09: After 6 days passed I finally reached Angel. Claimed he'd injured leg last week and this was his first day back. Scheduled for 5:00pm on Wednesday 03/11/09.

03/11//09: Received a voicemail from Angel between 2-3pm saying he could not make it today. I called him back and made a third request for him to fax the security certificate to my insurance agent.

03/13/09: I called Angel and asked again about the security certificate. Said he'd faxed it to my agent, but had arrived unreadable. I asked him to fax it to me as well. We set appointment to complete installation for 9:00am Monday 03/16/09.

03/16/09: Angel never showed up and never called regarding repeated failures to make appointments and complete system installation.

03/17/09: I called Mary McGee at Central Security (888-642-4567) at 3:45pm and explained my extreme dissatisfaction and apprehension with my first month with the company. Mary apologized and directed me to not contact salesman Angel any longer. All of my requests should go through the company headquarters in Tulsa to ensure tracking and follow-up. Mary said another representative would contact me within three business days to complete my alarm system installation.

03/28/09: I've received two yard signs within 7-10 days. I never received a call from the company or any representative.

03/30/09: Received first bill. Did not reflect discounts promised by salesman Angel, but as I was scheduled to travel out of town for several weeks I submitted payment in full with the intent to follow-up upon returning home.

05/04/09: Mailed detailed letter to Central Security Oklahoma office eight weeks after last contact.

05/20/09: At approximately 2:00pm today Salesman Angel called me and said he had been ill for an extended period and would like to complete my alarm installation at 10:00am on Saturday, 23 May 2009. I agreed to appointment.

05/22/09: Salesman Angel called to tell me the company forbid him performing installation on the Memorial Day weekend and offered to reschedule for 9:00am Wednesday, 27 May 2009. I agreed to the appointment change.

05/27/09: Angel never showed up and never called to offer any excuse or explanation.

05/27/09: I mailed second letter to Oklahoma requesting assistance and response.

08/22/09: Received a call from Central Security to test alarm. I was on plane and unable to talk.

08/27/09: Returned from Europe to find voicemails from Central Security. Spoke with Ron. He suggested I call Mary McGee in Customer Service.

08/28/09: Called Mary McGee. Operator said she was busy so sent me to voicemail. Never returned call.

09/09/09: Frustration with no responses to two letters and several calls led me to file complaint with Bttr Biz Bureau.

09/24/09: Still no formal response or attempt to correct deficiencies. Filed report on Miami.CitySearch.

Pros: Salesman friendly...until contract signed
