My car was involved in a hit in ran by one of your carriers. Lucky there was a witness in the parking lot at the time of the accident. Called the police they came out took a report. A ploice officer called me and gave me the information on the suspects insurance company which was ACC Insurance Company. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and claim she didnt know te person, when I told her that I had the license plate number she put me on hold. She came back to the phone and made the statement that she dose'nt know that person. your cmpany sucks seriously...

This company is untrustworthy. When I called to file a claim they wouldn't even tell me what their address was-refused to!!!. Very rude! I'm considering filing a complaint with the state attorney general.

He must work for ACCC. I am a Hit and Run Investigator, and deal with people in accidents everyday. I have seen to many people hurt from this company. I tell everyone who is in an accident with someone insured by this company to file a complaint. Just file good-faith complaints, because I have seen numerous violations from them. The problem is they are just a shady company; insuring shady people.

I am truly sorry you folks have had a bad experience, but you are 7 out of hundreds of thousands of policy holders with this company. For every one of you, there are hundreds of People who are completely happy with how they are treated( like me). If you are so dis satisfied, contact your Department of Insurance and file a complaint. You will find that ACCC has one of the lower complaint totals out there(I know, I actually checked). EVERY Insurance Company has errors, and mistakes, and I am sorry that you guys seem to be in that category, but stuff happens, and it happened to you. Get over it and get a life. Posting your "I'm pissed and I'm going to ruin them" crap will not fix anything.....it only makes you look desperate and pathetic. You are entitled to your opinion, as am I, just don't expect anyone to listen. The only reason I did was it pissed me off that that you try to spew crap against a good company. I have been insured with them for years, and I assure you that I have been treated better by ACCC than you seem to have been. Just sayin....

This company, ACCC General Agency and its agents, appear to have highly questionable and very unethical business practices, policies etc., especially regarding the settlement and resolution of legitimate claims.

This insurance company, ACCC General Agency, Inc., has yet to answer several key questions and various issues involving my claim for damages, losses, et al for a totaled pickup truck. This claim is from ~ 5 years ago!! In addition, this company, has yet to satisfactorily resolve and settle this claim to me, in good faith. They repeatedly denied my claims for all losses, damages, injuries etc. Their customer service folks were not easy to work with, nor were they cooperative nor too helpful. Further, the customer service folks and then the claims dept. folks/employees became very rude, and arrogant and hostile with me ~ 5 yrs. ago. The same holds true for their claims service managers! When are "they" going to make the claimants of legitimate accident claims for losses, damages etc. be made fully whole???!! Also, why are "they" still in business and why are they being allowed to remain in business, after all of their accrued dishonor, disrespect etc. to all of we claimants for real claims for damages??!! Why isn't the State of Texas and its agencies addressing this matter & these issues involving ACCC with this stuff??!

ACCC General Agency Inc. is a very dishonest and very disreputable company. Beware to all current and future claimants and insured folks: you're going to have big problems with this company, especially regarding any settlement of legitimate claims.. "They" must be held liable and responsible for their action, malfeasance etc.

I was involved in a car accident in JUNE.... JUNE we are now in the month of August and I have yet to get a resoultion in regards to my claim against the insurance company...I thank God that they are not my carrier, but the other drivers. The staff there is very rude and unprofessional especially the wonderful claim adjuster I have been assigned TIM GARCIA, biggest idiot there no help at all. I will be making a report against the agency to the Texas Department of Insurance. I hope that one day the issue will get resolved unfortunally I will have to make the claim with my insurance company and have them take litigation with them.

My vehicle was totaled during Thanksgiving week I submitted a claim thru ACCC (this is the insurance the other party had)I called several times to get the status of my claim & they never answer. finally I get a hold of my adjuster and she is the WORST uneducated person I've ever talked to. When I asked for the information she talked to me as if I was and IDIOT. I told her I did not appreciate the way she was speaking to me. She said: Well if you are in such hurry just call your insurance company don't bother us!! Then she hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and they wouldn't let me speak to one. I will be reporting this company to the district headquarters. All the people who work here are uneducated, disrespectful and rude individuals!!!!!!!

After being involved in an accident nearly two weeks ago, I've left 5 voice messages requesting a callback from the adjuster assigned to my claim. I had to involve my insurance company and escalate my request to a manager in order to finally get a callback.

I'm hoping the rest of my dealings with ACCC is smoother than this. After reading the other review, combined my experience thus far, I'm not too optimistic about getting my vehicle repaired in the near future and may file the claim through MY insurance.

I only wish someone with reputable insurance would crash into me for a change.
