Riata Ranch

Living at Riata Ranch has been the worst experience living in a rental properties. Riata Ranch does not fix things when needed, items go with out being fixed for weeks at a time. Do yourself a favor rent a apartment for yourself and a stall for your horse. It might look good from the outside but from the inside it just plain miserable... And if you have a daughter or you are a female, the landlord is a creeper, he will walk in your aparment any time he feels like it...
