Yext.comEverybody in my wife's family has been to "see" Dr. Hollis and afterwards they could all "see" without glasses or contacts!! I'm not sure how my inlaws found him, since they live on the other side of T-Town....I think he might have been brave enough to come up there, but I'm guessing he wasn't wearing his orange and blue (LOL). Anyway, they both went to have their eyes done. Since you have to return the next morning for a follow up, they got a hotel room and spent the night. My wife drove over from here in The Capitol City to make sure they got prescriptions filled, supper and back to the hotel safely after the procedure. They were thrilled with the results and wanted their daughter, my wife to have it done. About a month or so later, she agreed to have the procedure done as well. She too is thrilled with the results. I am pretty sure that cost wise, along with success rate, is the reason they all made the trip over to Auburn to have it done. He has a great reputation and all three are really pleased with the results. The office itself is in a small strip center, we had no problem with parking. It is a busy office, but there is plenty of seating as they move patients from one examining room to the next. The staff was friendly as well.

I was told that Hollis may not be the best place to get surgery. I haven't seen any testimonials so I don't know. I was told to go to Dothan, AL for Lasik Surgery. I would talk to Dr Whatley in Opelika, AL (6th street) and Dr Zloty in Dothan, AL at Southeast Eye Clinic. I was recommended to Southeast Eye Clinic in Dothan, AL because of their new equipment. The new laser makes a big difference so you won't need multiple laser surgeries.
