      <title>5 Stars:  Best in Class!!! (by S K.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Dr. Pechera is the best dentist I have ever been to. The patience and care I have received there far outweigh any other dental practice where I have received service. It is truly a wonderful experience. 
&lt;br /&gt;As for any staff issues, I've been a client with Dr. Pechera for awhile now and I've seen her staff change...I would advise those that if you had a bad experience with office staff to go back!!! There is nothing like a great dentist and the staffing issue (that I didn't see but will take your word for) doesn't exist anymore!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Professional and Personal (by christopher n.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I wasn't planning on writing a review of this place, but I feel compelled to counter the 1-star review given. I've got to concur with the positive things that have been said about this office. If you feel the foo-foo, spa-ish nature detracts from 'real' dentistry, then go elsewhere. Everyone in the office was so nice, from the secretary that took my info down when I went in to the hygienist. She took a bunch of x-rays and then she told me about her thoughts about my dental habits. Dr. Pechera was superb. She took the time to explain everything,  ask my opinion on things and really put me at ease. I grew up with bad English teeth so I've gone to a lot of dentists in my life. She's by far the nicest.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Great Dentist (by liam m.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;A friend of mine recommended Dr. Pechera after an awful visit with another dentist. She was great. I had no pain and she did what she said she would do. The other dentist did other procedures that I did not ask for and then charged them on my account. On top of that, it hurt like heck. I had no pain with Dr. Pechera and was so happy I took my friend out to dinner.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>2 Stars:  Excellent dentist (by Yvonne F.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am a physician myself &amp;amp; very much recommend Dr. Pechera.  I am especially impressed with her continuing education (she has excellent credentials), her use of new technology (digital Xrays, etc), and her professional manner.  Regarding the negative report I read below re: insurance covering crowns, etc., better communication should have been there, I'm sure, but not even the best of dental insurance that I've seen covers every part of the procedure.  I no longer have any dental insurance, but am still staying with Dr. Pechera.  Her staff is also very professional (makes me wonder if we even dealt with the same people!.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  I love Dr. Pechera and her staff (by Teresa F.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;We have always had a wonderful experience with this dentist. She is professional, smart, and cares very much about the patient. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I have never had a bad experience with any of them. I, my husband, and my pre-schooler have all been patients of Dr. Pechera for at least three years and we could not disagree more with the previous reviewers. I disagree so much that I have to wonder if we are even talking about the same dentist!! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oh, and as for gouging the patient and only being interested in the money.... Dr. Pechera has a policy for children that if they have four dental visits in a row without having any cavities, she will give them a new bicycle. My daughter achieved this goal, and indeed, Dr Pechera went and picked out the bike herself, after finding out my daughter's color preferences, etc. She even got extras like streamers, spoke decorations, a bag for the front, and a bell! And every bit of it was a gift. I even offered to pay for the extras and was refused. They blocked off a dedicated time in the office to make the presentation to my daughter, and the entire staff participated. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I couldn't be more pleased.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Liar in that office (by Hao L.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I moved from the area and requested my X-ray from their office.  They just kept procrastinating and I missed my appointment.  Everytime when I called to seek help, the staff named Pam would say she was working on something (like &amp;quot;i am sending it tomorrow&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;I am emailing it&amp;quot;) and would call me back.  But she lied and never called back.  When I called back, she didn't answer.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I can't believe such person was sitting there.  Obviously they only care for money, not patients' need.  Bad bad experience.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
