Honest and reliable
by Ayub Y.
They are the most honest, reliable and quality auto repair shop in the area. Excellent diagnostic skills. I have 3 cars that i take to them. Only place i take my cars to as i know that the problem will be fixed and i wouldn't have to come back to him with the same problem again.

It is always hard to find a good auto repair shop where you don't get ripped off. Turon is the owner of this business and one of the most honest people I have ever met. No matter what may be wrong or not wrong with my car he will take my in the garage and show me everything and even explain it so that I understand it. There are few times I had to take my car to dealer, but then I would take to Turon as 2nd opinion and he would tell me to try a cheaper solution and it works wonders always.
Intergrity is work everything!!

Owner does the work
by Mark W.
Turan is the owner and he does the work and explains the issue to the customer himself. If you want to understand the problem and how he will fix it, then he explains that. He does not do a repair that is unnecessary.
I've been there twice in the past 6 months (coolant flush and state inspection), and here are 2 stories to share:
The first time a customer came in saying Meineke said $600 to fix the metal noise when she applied the brakes in her SUV. Turan was in the back and I told her that sounded pretty high, and I thought she may just need new brake pads and rotors turned (shaved). Turan checked out the issue and told her there was no need to replace the rotors and saved her hundreds of dollars.
The second time a customer came in saying they needed to have their catalytic converter replaced because it was setting off an O2 sensor (the O2 sensor had been replaced but the new one was also giving an error). Turan said this was most likely due to the carbon in the catalytic converter and he could run a cleaning fluid through it to clean the carbon. Another savings of hundreds of dollars.
Since Turan owns the shop, and does the repairs, you don't worry about 'which one is going to work on your car'. And he has the equipment to do the work (no body work - go across the street for that to Cary Collision).

Excellent auto service
For honest and fast service I recommend Cary Auto Repair. They are courteous and take the time to explain their diagnosis, sometimes showing me why a part might need replacement. The price for each service I has been fair. I have my personal as well as business vehicles serviced on a regular basis and have found their work to be reliable and trustworthy. I know my vehicles are in good hands and it gives me piece of mind when they are in running order, because without them I could not service my customers. Having tried several downtown mechanics over the years I have come to trust Cary Auto Repair over the rest!
