I've been going here for several years and they are always welcoming and do a good job! It's so nice to have someone actually listen to what you want and don't want, and I've always been happy with their pedicures!

Pros: Professional and they listen to what you want

Cons: More colors would be nice

Gregg is the greatest massage therapist in the entire universe. I have gone in just for relaxation and pampering, and the results are great. I have also gone in in extreme pain and come out, maybe not the same day, but certainly by the next day, feeling WAY better. And there is no need to feel uncomfortable about having a man as a massage therapist when it is Gregg, he is absolutely professional. Super highly recommended. Also, Maria is a great stylist, does exactly what I describe to her that I want. I can usually get in right away when I call for whatever services I need. This is a great place.

My husband bought me a gift card for my birthday @ 4 Seasons Day Spa and I feel very much pampered. Great Massage, Facial, mani and pedi and I got to relax at there relaxing area, with spa music and christmas light decor, while I am having to eat fresh salad and served with wine how is that for service. Been to defferent spa in Austin area so far this is the best. For sure I let my husband knows this is were I want to go back for the holiday. I recommend this Spa to any one. Great place thank you for bieng here and south austin.

I just moved to Austin and found this spa. I received a custom facial and I must say, the facial was awesome. I have travelled to many destinations for business and usually stop at a spa to get some type of service. This definitely is up to par. The facialist provides more than just a facial. Lots of extras!!

Amy is an awesome stylist. She has been doing my hair for years, and not once have I been unhappy with her. She is, most importantly, easy to talk to, and doesnt have that pretentious vibe like some do.

I went to Four Seasons as the website looked nice and professional Appearance was nice, however what you get there for services is a bit below standard.Place was clean, people friendly.I had a fill and pedicure thinking this would be one place I might stick with.My pedicure started off ok but when it came time for foot rub it lasted a total of about 30 sec each foot. The mani fill was pathetic.Charged $20 to fill and used hardly any filler. They looked ok when I left but about 2 hours later the shine wore off which normally lasts until next fill or replace.Worse yet within 3 days the fill was lifting and I have to go back somewhere to redo.
I will never go back for other services.VERY DISAPOINTING.Paid $40 and have to redo within 4 days.

For a first visit to this salon, it was quite disappointing. I went for a haircut and brought a picture of a hairstyle. All I asked for was a haircut and for my hair to be dried and I was still charged for the "cut, shampoo and dry" fee of $35 - not to mention that my cut DID NOT turn out anything like the picture I showed her! Definitely not worth the price they charge since I was charged for service(s) I didn't get!
Needless to say, I will never return for any other services they offer!!! In addition to regretting my choice of salons, I was kicking myself the following day for tipping (and I'm STILL wondering how she managed to get herself licensed as a hairstylist!!) Even if I was offered a free second visit, I will not be returning to this hole in a wall!! Beware!!!!!!!
