I couldn't believe it when this place opened up in Rome. I lived in Thailand for a few months and think Crystal Thai has the real deal! The owner greeted me and indulged me as I tried out a few Thai phrases. They have incredible Thai iced tea and of course some tasty Thai curry! It's not the best looking dining area (a bit small), but I think this is one of the best restaurants in Rome!

Wow! In a town best characterized as "chain-restaurant mecca", I was delighted to discover this hidden gem of a restaurant right on Broad Street. I was admittedly a bit nervous trying a Thai restaurant in a small northwest Georgia city, but the food rates up with the best Thai food I've ever had.

If your palate yearns for something beyond the routine chain fare, by all mean give the Crystal Thai a try - you won't be disappointed. And if Thai food is unfamiliar to you, don't be afraid to ask your server or the hostess for some assistance. We found them more than happy to explain anything on the menu, and to make suggestions according to your tastes.

The only criticism I would offer is that their wine list is quite limited - a couple of inexpensive (but decent) chardonnays, merlots and cabernets. They would benefit greatly from adding a few rieslings, perhaps a gewurztraminer, and maybe a couple of sauvignon blancs to their list. To my palate, wines like these are a better match with Asian food.
