This Apartment complex uses marketing techniques that tell you it is a luxury apartment, it is NOT !, yeah the pool is nice, the people that live here are so ghetto I have had my car scratched/keyed twice, neighbors have had their cars broken into, there is not enough parking space at all you have to get home before 3 pm or else forget about finding a spot, maintenance is good and fast never had a problem, the office reps are mean and careless, the stairs have never been cleaned, the gym equipment breaks down a lot, you can only have GRANDE Communications, that's right nobody knows who that company is, let me tell you in short. THEY ARE HORRIBLE ! overall I would stay away from here ! get your money and go somewhere nice. Not here unless you plan on having your car vandalized and dealing with all the problems.

Most apartment complexes issue some kind of permit or sticker to signify whose is a paying tenant. Not here. There is very litttle parking if any during the evening or night hours. I know for fact that one of the tenants next door has several friends living at the unit with each their own car- ultimately taking up six to seven parking spots for each extra person living there! So- the average family paying to live there often times does not find a parking spot and has to sit and wait and watch for someone to leave. Not to mention that there is literally TWO handicap parking spots near our unit. This is horrible! Food for thought- Mission Oaks issues arm bracelets for swimming at apartment complex pool- if you don't have a bracelet you are asked to leave. Yet- there is no managment in tenant parking. Oh- and if you need to unload groceries so you park the vehicle close to the unit to bring in groceries make sure someone stays with the car. My husband (handicap) was unloading groceries to our second unit aparment and while he was crutching up to the second floor and bring in our groceries we were towed! Totally a catch 22. No parking- get towed.
