I called for 3 weeks to get someone to call me back to schedule someone to come out to give me an estimate on a backyard project. I finally got someone to call me back and schedule the appointment. The caller, Mark Visage, set the appointment for a Saturday at 10:00 am. The day comes and he calls me right a 10 to let me know he is in route and would be about 45 minutes. So I said I can't wait as I had other things to do and he was suppose to be there for 10. So I rescheduled it thinking it happens, being in sales myself, miscommunications happen. So rescheduled it for the very next week on a Monday or Tuesday for him to come out at 5:30. Day comes and he calls and says he is running late. Said about 30 minutes due to an accident on the interstate, I said no problem. Ends up being way after 7:00 to 7:30 before he even gets there. He is there for a good 30 minutes, as he is walking out he says, "We are busy with a project in the Dallas area and we wouldn't be able to start for a few weeks and that he'd have the quote to me in about a week". I said, "No problem no rush to start just need the estimate". A week goes by and no estimate. So I call and leave a message on the office and cell lines for a call back. I wait two days and repeat. A female finally calls me back gets my info and says she'll get everything from Mark and email me my estimate. I wait a day and and leave voice mails again. I wait a day and repeat. A few days later I called and left yet another voice mail asking why it is so difficult to get a quote or estimate and that this is not how you do business. Just to send me my quote. No reply and today 06/30/2014 I text Mark asking if he could call me as I am still waiting on the estimate. He replies back and I quote"I appreciate that, I did express to you we were booked thru July and it would be a bit before I could even get you an estimate. At the time you were fine with that but you last vm left was not necessary and based on that I have decided to not pursue your project. Thank you and I do hope you find a contractor you can work with." I messaged back, "You decided that long before my voicemail. I've called several times before that and still no response. You said it be a few weeks before you could start the project. You didn't say it would take you a month to get me my estimate. As you walked out my door you said you'd have the quote to me within a week. I'll be sure to post reviews on every website I can find and I'll be sure to report this to the BBB. My voice mail was the truth and as the old saying goes, the truth hurts. I just want the estimate. Why couldn't you call me back or send me the estimate? It doesn't take that long to send an estimate. Just send me an estimate or I'll pursue the BBB and reviews route. This is not an effective way to do business and you know it." He sends back, " Mark I'm sorry if I offended you but I have the right to decline on any business that I elect to just as you have the option of picking whatever contractor you want I'm simply declining on your project we are too busy I'm sorry if you've been waiting for us but we're not going to take the project that's my right just as it's your right to decline a contractor so that is what I'm doing gracefully respectfully and professional. I'll go ahead and save these text and your gmail message in case the BBB would like to have a copy." I messaged back, "I've already given it to the them". He said, "Bring it on". This is very poor service and very unprofessional. If his actual work is anything like his service it can't be good.

The volumetric mixer they used is the best solution for delivering concrete from my experience with it. They mix it right on site and its only a minute old when they pour it.
