i have went here 3yrs and they have always been great!.... i have curly hair so it is hard to find a good stylist. i always go to codi because she does a great job!

I gave this store 1 star because you cant give them 0 stars.3 days ago I went in to get an inch cut off the bottom. I was worried while she was cuting my hair because she didnt even wet it. But when she was done it looked ok. The next day I flat ironed it and it was very uneven. And there was a chunk of it cut above the rest. I came in the next day and asked what they could do about it. All that the manager did was say that it was from my hair cut before and a bunch of other excuses. What ever happened to customer service.
