Summerwood Salon

Summerwood was reffered by a friend of mine. The stylists are sweet and knowledgable and did not pressure me- they don't hound the customer for money like other places do. They don't overbook clients. (we wait longer at doctor's offices..don't we?) I got a complimentary haircut with my service w/ a coupon for next time. I have shoulder length hair and paid about $105. I highly reccomend this place to anyone. Try to stop by sometime to meet the stylists- very positive atmosphere!

I just want to say everyone should give the salon a chance, It is one of the best salons in the area. I have shopped around at other local salons and no one can top Summerwood Salon. The Stylist in the salon are great and all have wonderful attitudes. They are very knowledgeable and they get each others opinion. They work as a team and are welling to do whatever it takes to make all there clients happy.

This salon was one of the worst I've been to. Not only are the stylists unknowledgable, but the salon has a bad atmosphere. The salon is very costly, especially for the quality of service you get. I have heard the stylists aruguing in front of customers and making rude comments in front of customers. I now go to Color Me Crazy right down the road, and THEY have never confused color with bleach and made my hair break off. Or like Summerwood did, they have never turned my hair pink when I get red lowlights with my highlights.

not worth it!
had an appointment at summerwood, when I got there, they were not ready for me, told me I had to wait...FOR AN APPOINTMENT I ALREADY MADE WEEKS BEFORE!
I left, went down the road to a place i'd heard about through atascocita.com, color me crazy. I got right in, luckily, with an awesome stylist named stephanie. turns out, she used to work at summerwood, small world!
needless to say, I have a new stylist, new salon, and better hair!

don't go to summerwood salon, unless you want to leave unsatisfied.

I have been going here for almost 2 years. I stopped going once because there was a stylist who did not do what I asked her to do. I will call her S (shortened name), she is no longer working there thank God. I talked too the manager about my experience with S and the problem was corrected. I look forward to my visits to Summerwood Salon...I actually live in Kingwood and drive up to Summerwood just for my hair. I always leave satisfied!! These girls do a lot for the community, they don't pressure you, they have a play area for the kids, tvs, and music, and they all have great presonalities! I get to enjoy a glass of complimentary wine, which is helpful for me (3 kiddos)! I have reffered many friends and family who now drive over 30 minutes just for their hair! They actually just remodeled the salon and it looks fantastic!!! Check it out!
