This was the worst. When I walked in, there was noone there,..there was a Maltese in a pen I coulve easily walked out of there with but I knew someone was there because the lady left her purse and car keys just laying out in the open. AFter waiting and calling back around the corner to let someone know we were there to no answer, I was about to leave when I saw a lady come in from outside thru a rear entrance with a young girl who was walking dogs in the back. Personally, I do not want a child walking my small dog. I asked for a tour,...please do. This is retail space with baren concrete floors that thinks they can make small runs, slap a mural on the wall and call themselves luxury boarding. Other places I went to had larger, quieter rooms, all with nice beds and televisions with vets on staff at the same price and less restrictions on drop off/pick up time.
