I have been to alot of salons in Atlanta and other cities and seen alot of hairstylist....young, old, experienced and new. So I went to fresche as a new client and saw Lori. She is young - which is good I think because she has new ideas, but I was amazed at how experienced she is and how wonderful her haircuts are. She took her time, offered great advice, and gave me the best haircut I've ever had! I also talked to her about my color which I plan to go back and have her do. She is new to the salon which made me a little skeptical about it at first- but I am SO happy that I went to her - she is obviously not new at doing hair! I loved everything about my haircut, the environmentally friendly products and my experience at the salon! Want my suggestion? Go see Lori at fresche.

I never take the time to write a review, but after my experience at Fresche I just had to. My best friend recommended that I go there and boy, do I owe her!!! I am a single mom so, needless to say, I have not had my hair done in a while!!! But I decided it had been long enough and I needed to pamper myself. I must say, I was a little intimidated at first because I knew how good the reviews were. But as soon as I walked in, I knew I was going to have an wonderful experience...the staff is SOOOOOOOO amazingly friendly. My appointment was with Philippa and she really did an AMAZING job!!! Like I said, I'm a single mom so money is pretty tight for me. And it's often been my experience that when you go in to get your hair done and you try and "cut corners" the stylist usually gets a little frustrated. Not Philippa!!! She took the time to really listen to me, made her suggestions and then, voila...she worked her magic! I am so happy with my hair, I will never go to anyone else. Oh, did I mention I live in Macon??? Seriously, I will make the drive to have her do my hair. For years I have been trying to get someone to color my hair this way and I've never been satisfied. She did an amazing job and I just want to thank her and the entire staff for making my experience so unforgettable. Although I won't be able to go in as much as I would like, you've definitely made a customer for life. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!!

We moved from East Cobb to the city of Decatur so going to my "regular" stylist at Three-13 was not really an option I wanted to consider. I (of course) went to CitySearch and found Fresche. It was a toss up between Grow and Fresche but the hours and availability at Fresche won over, especially since they were the winner of "Best of" in 2006 and are open 7 days a week!!! I had initially wanted to see Tiffanie since she is in nearly every review, but Taryn was available the next day and was nothing but sweet and attentive. She has cut my hair once (plus one touch up) and is wonderful. I have another appointment scheduled for color this week and I confident she will exceed my expectations.

The salon is small, very relaxing which makes you feel as though the stylist are there just for you. Drinks are offered when you arrive and the wait is under 5 minutes... just enough time to catch up on the latest gossip from the plethora of magazines available.

I think this is a nice salon - friendly staff, never have to wait long. I've been slightly disappointed with my hair color though. I have read all the recommendations and I think this salon is good, but not as great as it's made out to be. I have noticed that my colorist does not place my highlights that close to the root. As a result, I have to go to the salon more frequently for touch-ups. The last time I had my hair highlighted here, I noticed that my roots were still showing in places. I was charged $100+ and it really didn't look like I had my hair done. I haven't had this happen at other salons. I was a little disappointed because of the hype. This is definitely not the best hair color I've ever had and I don't think I'll be returning to this salon.
