The first couple times I went to Portrait Innovations it was great. Of course when you and everyone else are paying $9.95 for a boat load of pics and getting them the same day the place is going to be crowded and they will get behind. So I can deal with that part. This last time I went were for Christmas pics and it was HORRIBLE. We have a 2yr old and she will only take pictures as long as SHE is having fun. We were in the middle of out shoot and were told we were moving to the other room. As we were waiting for the family that was there to finish another man walks to the guy that was getting the room ready for us and tells him his appt was at 1 and it was twenty after 1 and yada, yada, yada. The photographer looks at me and said that a family was before us and we would be next. I was ANGRY!! He didn't ask...that family came in as we were in the middle of our shoot and I was sitting right there listening to the conversation. REALLY!! I asked to look at my pics and was told because of protocol we had to finish the shoot. Thankfully my daughter was there or I would have turned that joint out. Then I was told there wasn't an available computer...LIE. I was looking at two of them that were open and no one ever got over to them until they took us over 15 minutes later. I got our photos and called corporate. They said try to resolve it with the studio manager and if we couldn't we could call them back. Well we did that and decided on a re shoot. That went worse. We were supposed to be doing a full appointment. NOPE that girl told us she was only re shooting the family portraits. I said nope. We are supposed to be doing it all over again. Well she rushed us through and when we looked at the pics there were about four or five shots that were the same. My daughter's eyes weren't visible. The options to choose from were junk. Again my 2yr old was there so I refrained from cursing but I was hot. So I called corporate and they arranged for another shoot at a different location. If this one goes awry I'm going to need my money back. After this is over I will have to go back to the studio I've used in the past. My mother always told me,"Baby, you get what you pay for!!"

This portrait studio is a great value for families. The basic package is huge and you can receive your pictures on the same day. I've been to other Portrait Innovations locations and this one is my favorite. The staff here exhibit better customer service and the photographers usually spend more time with you.
