Please look for the reviews on thsi rental company before you rent. We rented a place Watts at Last in Cherry Grove, SC and it was so dirty. They have so many reviews that are bad because of the dirtiness of the places they have for rent!

This is a letter that I sent to Elliott 5 days ago and see no answer.

Nicole, this is really not acceptable we start with a dirty condo, then it went to the broken table and then the fan in the bedroom, not working. We were promised that these things would be taken care of by Monday. Monday came and went still no fan nor table. I was fine with everything being fixed Monday. Then the power went in the bedroom with the fan, still no table, called and was told that someone would be out. Now Thursday, after another call the power and fan are fixed and the table replaced. But whoever came out had a few words to say, not happy with that. Then we are promise and additional refund of 100.00 this still has not happened, now you are telling me that this is going to happen. It was to late for the table the storm came in plus the power on the porch did not work, so we could not use the porch. I open the pull out and I found dirty sheet, crackers, hot wheels and more.... I probably would have let some of this go but was promised that things would be fix on Monday. The kids could not sleep in the bedroom without the fan it was to hot. without a fan to circulate the air, then the power stopped working in that bedroom. The main bedroom had a 1 inch of dust on the fan plus the bathroom had holes in the wall along with caulking coming off the tub and sink. The tub looked as if it was not cleaned in months. There were sand spurs on the carpeting, so no neo vaccum. The main bathroom had mildew that was so thick it was unbelievable. I had to scrub the shower before we could use it. The front porch screen was torn but no one seem to care and there was a wet white blanket in the dryer. The refrigerator door closed sometimes on the first try but not all the time. I know this is rental property but don't promise things that you can not keep. As I stated in my first letter I have used Elliott realty a few times over the 20 yrs that we have been coming down. This is far the worse that it has ever been! Could not really relax because of the problems that were going on and had to listen to the kids complain about the room with no fan or power and the bathroom being dirty. They could not sit on the porch at night since there was no power and I did not bring candles which would not have worked anyway with the wind. I really believe that I should be refund everything expect for 100 for the power that was used that week. oh yes the couch in the living smells ,just an FYI. Or our next rental is free, with a two year expiration date. I will need at least 3 bedrooms and can use it anytime.

This experience is not typical of our level of service at Elliott Beach Rentals nor how much we value our customers. Even the best equipment and appliances occasionally malfunction and we cannot guarantee them to perform 100% of the time. However, we do guarantee to correct the problem as soon as possible. In this circumstance, the guest only made us aware of a few of their concerns which were addressed and corrected, the others we were not relayed to our office during the guest’s stay. We give it our best to “make it right” for any guests who have trouble during their stay. For the inconvenience this guest was given monetary compensation, as well as an offer for a free stay in the off-season. I rented for the first time at Elliott beach rentals on Easter weekend 2012 and took it because it was literally the only thing left. I noticed the answering center was extremely helpful, kind, patient and caring. I stayed in San a bel 406 for this weekend and have to say that the receptionist was amazingly sweet and courteous she even let us use the bed linens as we didn't order any free of charge. She offered words of wisdom to the "hot" spots to visit and gave a coupon book and extra toiletries as well. Once we got to our room it was absolutely spotless!! And beautiful! We originally thought with the late notice and the cheap prices that we would end up in a dump! But that room was amazing! With a washer/dryer in the room and a full kitchenette and the most breathtaking view of the ocean... It was heaven! It easily accommodated my family of 6 (2 adults, 2 sixteen year olds, a 5 and a 4 year old) without so much as bumping arms during dinner. The relaxing hot ton was jut icing on the cake!! The lady who did the check was so sweet I found myself stopping by randomly just to chat! On to this year... We are planning out weeklong honeymoon in june2013 and have already booked our Elliott beach rental with more than ample help from the friendly CS rep this woman stayed on the phone with me for the greater part of an hour just flipping between condos that would fit our honeymoon needs until we narrowed it down to the one we will be using, which I promptly booked. The staff goes above and beyond an the cleanliness was not even close to an issue here an I am proud to say that all of my myrtle beach vacations will be booked with one of Elliott's great condos

Elliott Beach Rentals is a great company, anytime I want an oceanfront condo they almost always have something available. I most recently stayed in Sea Pointe in Cherry Grove. You can't beat the view and the price. I took advantage of one of their package offerings and got the condo, dinner and a show for about $150. They are the only choice in North Myrtle Beach.

We go to Myrtle Beach every July 4, we would think of staying at no other place than The Oceans in the Cherry Grove area. It is now at least 10 yrs that we have stayed there, and only 1 yr. did we have issues...which were taken care of when we contacted maintenance. In fact, this year (2012), we were so satisfied with our stay that we went back a 2nd time, and both visits were just perfect!!! The staff at both Elliott Beach Rentals and The Oceans are so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with...it just makes the stay all the more pleasant. The Oceans is a wonderful condo to stay in, walk right out of the parking garage and you are on the beach....which is not nearly as crowded as surrounding areas. All condos we have stayed in are equipped with all that is needed to make the stay a pleasant one. My family and I would not even think of going elsewhere to stay while vacationing in beautiful, sunny North Myrtle Beach!!!! Kudos to both Elliott and The Oceans for making that possible!!! Not to mention everything from a grocery store to a hardware store are within walking distance of the condo :)

We stayed at Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas 3D on Labor Day weekend 2012 (08/31-09/03). This property was a nicely furnished property, but I suggest they change their housekeeping service. The floor was filthy. If you walked on it for maybe five minutes, you will discover your feet is cover in filth because the floor was so dirty. We had to mop the floor ourselves so that we could walk on it. Underneath one of the bed, there were all kinds of trash underneath it like housekeeping just took everything they found from a previous stay and swept it under the bed. Since it was under the bed, we didn't bother with it. There were also a boxspring broken that we left alone because we didn't want maintenance to come in and have to replace it and interrupt our vacation because it is only one time a year that my whole family gets together for a family vacation. Of course we made the mistake of not calling it in and a few weeks later we were charged for all kinds of things such as broken boxspring and cigarette butts in the balcony (NO ONE in my family smokes). We tried to go easy on them but paid for it in the end. Lesson learned, I will call about every little thing next time and be nitpicky so I won't have to pay in the end. They didn't even try to understand the situation, it was just hey, its your fault now you're paying for it even if you didn't do it. If you don't mind filth and extra charges, this place is perfect.

We just returned from North Myrtle Beach after a weeklong stay at Baywatch Resort via Elliott Realty. We were impressed with the facilities and Elliott??s staff. The room was clean, well kept, and recently updated (including updated furniture, free WiFi connection and in room DVD player as well as two flat screen TVs). We would highly recommend this hotel for the amenities. We enjoy our stay in an Elliott condo each year. Thanks to you all! Hope to be able to rent one of the larger homes next year for a long overdue family reunion if all comes together.

This was the second year that we have visted North Myrtle Beach and used Elliott Beach Rentals to find our condo (Beach Club III). I would never use anyone else. I find it hard to believe these other reviews. I just completed my 3rd consecutive year at San A Bel unit 201 and as always we rebooked for the next year at checkout. The staff at Elliott are super friendly and we have for 3 years in a row been ready and allowed to check in a couple hours early. This year we had already been to Wal Mart and gotten our shopping for the week done and were sipping a drink on the beach by the 3pm check in time. The unit is always clean, the AC went out our first year and they had it repaired within an hour of the phone call while we were away. I have had a lot worse experiences in my life but cannot ever remember having one any better than the last 3 years renting from Elliott and am sure our 4th vacation we already booked next June will be no exception. Thanks Elliott for helping my family enjoy our down time without any worries at all. I wait all year for it, and am thinking of adding a fall trip into the mix.

When we first arrived the unit was still being ??cleaned? and we waited for a while and actually spoke to the cleaning ladies as they were finishing up. They asked us if everything looked OK. What could we say other than ??yes? since we had not moved in yet? After moving in we discovered many, many problems and called Elliott's office on a few of the major items. We discovered that NONE of the kitchen drawers had been checked as there was food and filth inside them. We had to wash all the dishes and silverware before we could use anything. Two drawers even had spilled liquids that had dried inside, and there were crumbs and food in another.

When I called their office I reported that all but four of the coffee cups were broken as well as other pieces of china. All the broken items were in the cabinets along with the unbroken items. The person I was speaking to said they would send out more coffee cups. None were ever delivered.

I pointed out that one stool and one chair were broken. If you sat on them you could be injured. I advised that the vertical blinds in both the living room and the master bedroom had slats that were broken and falling out. Again, I was told someone would come to fix these problems. No one ever came. I also told them that the vertical blinds in the master bedroom were actually installed backwards! The control rod is on the side towards the door. This does not speak well of their maintenance staff. The blinds do not operate properly either. The one in the living room has no control rod. The master shower had so much mold on the inside of the door my wife would not use the shower until I cleaned as much of the mold off as possible. There were screws and bolts in the closet floor and in two drawers; perhaps these were out of the stool.

This unit, and perhaps others, is in really bad shape and needs attention. I?? m greatly disappointed in the lack of customer service by Elliott and will never rent from them again.

Had a bad experience with another rental company and was recommened Elliott by a friend of my daughter. Would highly recommend to anyone. The condo's we have had have been very nice and very well kept. Several good restaurants are within walking distance if you are in the main street area. Everything was very clean. The staff was more than helpful and very friendly. I wouldn't put my grand baby just anywhere so the main thing is cleanliness and safety for our family. We've stayed with Elliott Beach Rentals two different times, once in the off season and this time middle of summer. Off season stay was perfect. Prime summer season took a little longer to get into condo and housekeepers obviously are under more pressure to clean more units but overall found condo to be in pretty good shape. Had to call the office because we couldn't find the remote for the tv in the living area but by the time we got back from a walk on the beach one had been placed just inside the door of the condo. I have to say with the massive number of people checking in when we were at the Cherry Grove office they got us in and out pretty quickly. It took longer to find somewhere to park to go get keys than it did to actually get them. Condo's are the way to go for my family. Glad that we have always had a good experience and hope that never changes. Have no reason at this point to seek out another rental agency.

We've stayed with Elliott Beach Rentals two different times, once in the off season and this time middle of summer. Off season stay was perfect. Prime summer season took a little longer to get into condo and housekeepers obviously are under more pressure to clean more units but overall found condo to be in pretty good shape. Had to call the office because we couldn't find the remote for the tv in the living area but by the time we got back from a walk on the beach one had been placed just inside the door of the condo. Where do I start. We rented Aces Wild (Diamond) North Myrtle Beach, SC. When we arrived at our 3:00 PM check in time the cleaning people were still cleaning. After they departed, the house was still filthy. There was sand everywhere on the floors and couches. The Ice maker was full of mold and after we cleaned it, it still didn't work. There are two tables in the dining area and at least 5 chairs were falling apart and unsafe. I had to flip them over and tighten the bolts holding the chairs together. My niece opened a door on the upstairs armoire and the door fell and hit her head. There was no Wifi in the condo. When you flush the toilet in the second floor bathroom water shoots about two feet in the air (nasty). The freezer door on one of the freezers was broken, The handle on the extremely heavy sliding glass door was broken and was extremely difficulty to open. The pool is tiny and only 3.5 ft deep at the deepest and the handles on the rinse shower are nothing more than rusted nubs (very unsafe for children). The couches are horribly uncomfortable. On hot days, the AC unit can't keep the lower level cool. We tried calling Elliot Rentals several times and on most occasions we never got a return call. If they did return the call, they did not leave messages. We were tempted to go to their office and complain but that is not what you should have to do on your vacation. I left a similar review on their website but they wouldn't post it. Never Again!

We will NEVER rent from Elliott Realty again. Our family is staying in Southern Comfort, a house in north Myrtle Beach from 7/7/12 to 7/14/12. When we arrived at the house we immediately noticed how NASTY the entire house had been left. The house looked as if the cleaners came and put a band around the toilets and left. All the floors had sand and dirt and grime. Mouse poop was everywhere in the house. The baseboards and closet doors and walls and the tops of the doors were covered in dust that looked like it has been there for several years. The sofas in the house would not have been accepted by the Salvation Army as satisfactory to resell. The sofa had been duck taped where it had been torn, and one corner wasn't taped and was just torn open. We had to put sheets over the sofa and loveseat because of how nasty and dirty they were. Sand was in the beds. The mattress protectors, which were on the bed, were either torn or too small to correctly fit the beds. The entire kitchen was greasy, the fridge had not been cleaned and dust covered the top of it. The kitchen table had grime so thick that it had turned the blue table black with grime. Your arms would stick to the table, and it took the cleaners a long time to clean it using heavy duty degreaser and a willow pad. Cockroaches were found dead around the house. The carpets had pet stains all over them, the rug in the living room looked like it had never been cleaned since it was placed in the house. The ceiling fans were covered in an inch of dust. The first day that we arrived at the house we contacted Elliott to come and clean the house. They sent two ladies over the next day. The ladies were not motivated to clean the house because of the horrible condition it was in. They left in 15 minutes without even telling us they were leaving and they did not clean anything but sweep the upstairs for a few minutes. We then had to go back to the realty office the following day. They finally sent more cleaners to the house. They actually cleaned the house fairly well. A man also came on Tuesday and took the comforters from our beds at our request to be cleaned. . When we went today to find out where our comforters were, the staff was clueless and had no idea where our comforters were and were told it could possibly be tomorrow, which is Friday. It has been three nights since we have had comforters for our beds, and our family has had to cover themselves up with towels at night. We have contacted this company several times throughout our stay with multiple "apologies" with little or no action. We payed $3,000 for false advertising and nasty housing conditions for our yearly vacation. We have rented with Elliott previously and have had no issues, but this time we spent 4 days trying to get Elliott to do the job that should have been done prior to our arrival.

Just got back from Cherry Grove Beach (6/30/12 - 7/7/12). While I loved the beach and the general area, the house we rented from Elliott Realty was a nightmare. ABSOLUTELY THE DIRTIEST AND MOST DISGUSTING place I've ever seen. It was so gross that we spent the first night scrubbing and cleaning before we could unpack.

The floors were filthy, carpets were stained and dingy. The furniture was tattered and grungy. There were stains on the mattress pads, (we had to purchase plastic mattress covers before we could make the beds), trash in the drawers, leaky refrigerator, disgusting-filthy mop, dust everywhere. The pool filter stopped working on the second day. The area rug in the play room was so dirty that you couldn't tell what color it was. (my mother has the same rug in her home so we knew how it was supposed to look). I think the only time this place gets cleaned is when the guests do it.

When we called to complain, we got no help. All we heard was "no refunds on the cleaning fee". So we took pictures of the place and 3 of us physically went into their office to show them. The woman at the desk acted like she had never heard these problems before. Then we showed her the pictures and the guest book with horrible comments dating back from last year about how bad the place was. While we were in the office, they took 4 additional calls from other guests complaining about their dirty accommodations.

Going into the office was the only way we got them to respond. They sent the carpet cleaners, pool maintenance and cleaning crew in the next day. Even after they "cleaned", the place was awful. During the week, we talked to several other Elliot renters who all had the same complaints. I??m guessing that Elliott doesn??t get much repeat or referral business. I will NEVER rent from them again and would certainly never recommend them to anyone.

My family had the same problem as other posts on this site, and the fact that Elliot Realty tries to write a response over and over agian is unbelievable, they are at fault and in my opinion, have too many rents to manage and clean properly. We rented Coakley Baye unit 104 and we were told we we received the keys that the place was clean as well, and it was filthy. A urine soaked mattress and comforter that stunk up the whole place and dead ants and urine around every toliet and again, strips on the toliets by housekeeping like they cleaned the toliets, but the stains inside and out said they did not. We had food all over the floor, tables and countertops with aunt traps all over with dead ants around them. We waited for 4 hours for someone to come and clean and some housekeepers showed up, looked around and said they had to go back to the office to get more cleaning supplies and never came back. After sitting in the dirty townhouse for 4 hours, WE drove to Elliot Realty and met with someone and they moved us to another rental, so we had to go back to Coakley Baye and pack everything up and move, which we should not of had to do. Elliot realy has poor customer service because if we did not drive to them, we would still be sitting in that dirty townhouse, because no body was knocking on our door or coming to clean,we had to go to them. They can respond to this review all they want, but the fact is they can't clean the number of units properly and the housekeeping is horrible and can get away with not cleaning in between tenants. Elliot did send over a new mattress that was soaked with urine, but the place still stunk and was never cleaned. We would not recommend using them, the owner of the Coakley Baye townhouse is not using them anymore either, based on an email I received from them.

And when the "cleaning staff" came back the next day to clean, all they did was sweep and lay a banner across a toilet they did not even clean that claimed it was sanitized! I cannot tell you how disappointed I was in this house. We will never ever ever stay with Elliot again and will tell our friends to never use their properties. Shame on you!!

My parents take my brother, sister, myself, our spouses and our children on a family vacation in the summer. Normally, they rent from Lands End (between N Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach). This year, they decided to rent ocean front from Elliott Realty. We stayed in Pier Watch I Room 308 (the week of Aug 15,2011). They will NEVER do this again. They were told, when reserving the condo, that it was considered a "luxury" rental. Well, if you consider an ant infestation on the kitchen counters and in the first floor master bath and COCKROACHES in one of the first floor bedrooms and closet luxurious, then you have come to the right place!! Upon arrival, it was quite obvious that the condo had not been cleaned. There was food in the kitchen sink from the previous renter, food crumbs on the kitchen table and on the counters as well as on the stove. My mother called Elliott Realty within the first hour of arrival to report the ants. She was told to purchase something from a local store to take care of it herself until they could send someone out on Monday ... our spouses and our children on a family vacation in the summer. Well, if you consider an ant infestation on the kitchen counters and in the first floor master bath and COCKROACHES in one of the first floor bedrooms and closet luxurious, then you have come to the right place!! Upon arrival, it was quite obvious that the condo had not been cleaned. There was food in the kitchen sink from the previous renter, food crumbs on the kitchen table and on the counters as well as on the stove. My mother called Elliott Realty within the first hour of arrival to report the ants. She was told to purchase something from a local store to take care of it herself until they could send someone out on Monday (this was Saturday) to exterminate. There was debris on the carpet and sand in the shower in the first floor master bath. My father called Elliott Realty back after we discovered how unclean the condo was and no one seemed to want to fix the problem. Monday came around and no exterminator. Elliott was again called and my father even stopped in to their Cherry Grove office. They said they would send an exterminator. We stayed in the condo for 7 days and no exterminator was ever sent. My mother called again (after my sister found the cockroaches) and re-reported the ants. She was told by the Elliott employee, "Yes. I already know about that." They were so uncaring and unwilling to respond. My parents spent thousands of dollars to give their children and grandchildren a wonderful vacation. Unfortunately, Elliott Realty's poor customer service and nonchalant attitude made it a very stressful time for my parents. They are too kind to write a review or complain about a business...I am not. Elliott Realty should be ashamed of 1.) The filthy condo they wrongfully labeled as luxurious, 2.) Their poor customer service, 3.) Taking thousands of dollars from hardworking people for their filthy, varment infested vacation rental and not offering ANY sort of compensation. Their website states how they put their customers first and that they have been in business (family business) since the 1950s. Perhaps that was the case then. Obviously, the way the "next generation" is running the business is not consistent with the way it began. My parents have already reserved a condo for our next summer vacation...at Lands End Resort. If you are planning a vacation in North Myrtle Beach and would like a clean place for the week as well as excellent customer service, STAY AWAY FROM ELLIOTT RENTALS!!

My family and I recently stayed at the Somers By the Sea South the week of 9/10-17/2011. This was our 1st time staying with Elliott reality. We have stayed multiple times in Myrtle Beach and thought based off the reputation of Elliott we would try it out.

When we arrived to the home it appeared that it had not been cleaned. Broken glass was in the home, trash left behind, tobacco spilled in the dresser drawers, missing comforters on 3 beds, broken blinds, missing a cue ball, blood stains on one of the matress pads, urine stains on 2 of the mattress pads, the pool was not clean and debris all around the pool area, carpets dirty, holes in walls, stains all over the walls, bugs, dirty comforters (for the beds that had them), plus much more. My mother and I went to the Windy Hill office to bring the list of items to attention. We were assured that they would be taken care of and a work order was in place. The only thing that was taken care of was that a pool cleaner came out early evening on Monday to clean the pool. (By this time we had already lost 2+ days on vacation.) The pool guy stated that he would be back on Wed and never returned. We called 2 other times to get the other items addressed and did not receive a return call back from either call. We also stopped back into the Windy Hill office and still nothing taken care of.

Our home rental was one of the "Luxury Rentals" that included linens and cleaning. Not sure why we paid an extra fee when it appeared to not be cleaned before we arrived.

The home itself is a nice set up and great location. If anyone from Elliott walks through the home I am sure they would be disgusted with the condition of it.

At anytime when we complained did we receive an I'm Sorry for any of it. Which would have been appreciated.

This was a horrible experience and made the vacation a not so plesant one.

There were neighbors next to us in Somers by the Sea North and they had similar issues.

If we had the issues resolved there may have been a chance we would stay with Elliott again, but with the lack of interest to help or even offer a refund for our stay we will not stay or recommend Elliott.

My family and I rented a large beach house from Elliott this summer. After checking in, we arrived at the house to find it clean, well stocked and wonderfully decorated. There was tons of space for the entire family, and it was the perfect location. Cherry Grove is a great section of North Myrtle Beach. There was a slight mix up in the bed linens, but with one phone call to the office they fixed it right up. Unit was clean and even nicer than we expected. We are coming back to the beach before school starts and will book through Elliott again. Just got back from North Myrtle Beach. We stayed at Sea Winds 205 (Great location, complex is a bit worn, unit was ok).

Check-in was easy but unit was dirty upon arrival. Carpets not vacuumed, sand in sinks and tubs, dirt on floor, surfaces not wiped down.

Called Elliot and 2 people showed up within the hour. They claimed they were busy that day and asked what needed to be cleaned. They minimally cleaned what we identified, nothing more. They left a dirty air filter in the hallway and actually walked through dirt on the floor on their way out without cleaning it...guess I should have mentioned that, too.

I did not bother complaining again, we just cleaned up ourselves. We definitely left the unit cleaner than we got it.

Our main office in Cherry Grove is open 7 days a week and we have staff answering the phones from 8:30 am until 10pm. After 10pm we have an answering service that takes care of after hours issues. Pool area was nice, had a lazy river, hot tub, and pool inside which was good to use to get a break from the sun. I tend to believe that you are rolling the dice when you choose a beach property, they get a lot of wear and tear and quite frankly people just don??t take care of them like they would their own home but I would recommend this one as a safe bet. I used Elliott realty??s online booking to book a unit for a weekend stay recently. I went through the entire process including entering my credit card and personal information.
I then received an email to call the company upon calling them I was told that I could not have the reservation because there was a minimum night stay of 4 nights. At that point I told the person I was talking to they should set their web site to reflect the policy. The only thing the person would say beyond that point was I could book the unit for 4 nights. Below is the email I sent (without my personal information) after talking to the person. I did not even receive a response from anyone at the company after sending this email. I have used Elliott in the past but do not plan to do so in the future

I just thought I would let you know that this experience with your system
allowing me to think I booked a reservation and then have me call and find out
that I did not have a reservation is extremely poor customer service. I thought
I had a reservation booked online only to find out it was not booked. If you are
going to use online booking it should reflect any Minimum night requirements to
eliminate this problem. I can assure you with the many other companies available
in the area I will not use your company in the future and certainly will not
recommend you to any other person.

I have come back to edit my review after writing this review and emailing the owner Rick Elliott. Mr. Elliott called me to speak personally with me and he did not just try to contact me once he called until he was able to speak with me about the experience I had with his company. He was a very genuine and caring person and expressed his concern for the problems I encountered. He informed me that he himself did not know a lot about the system but assured me he was having his IT people look into it to correct the problems with the online reservation system. By speaking with Mr. Elliott I could tell he was a man that wants every customer to be pleased and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure every customer was taken care of properly.

eliminate this problem. I can assure you with the many other companies available

I have come back to edit my review after writing this review and emailing the owner Rick Elliott. Mr. Elliott called me to speak personally with me and he did not just try to contact me once he called until he was able to speak with me about the experience I had with his company. He was a very genuine and caring person and expressed his concern for the problems I encountered. He informed me that he himself did not know a lot about the system but assured me he was having his IT people look into it to correct the problems with the online reservation system. By speaking with Mr. Elliott I could tell he was a man that wants every customer to be pleased and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure every customer was taken care of properly.

We had a great vacation but a horrible check in experience. We have stayed in the same condo complex other years with no problems but this was the first year we booked through Elliott Realty. What a mistake. The check in paperwork stated check in was 3pm-5pm. They gave us the condo key but said our unit was not cleaned yet so we were not allowed to enter. They gave us a number to call to check if the unit had been cleaned. After calling numerous times between 3pm and 5pm and getting a computer recording telling us our unit was not ready even after 5pm, we decided to check the unit. It was filthy and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned yet. We called Elliott and they said it was a busy day and the cleaning team had not been there yet. I informed Elliott that our contract said check in was 3pm- 5pm and we were going in at 5:15pm to unpack The cleaning team showed up around 6pm but couldn't vacuum the carpets because the vacuum cleaner was broken. The rugs were filthy. I even found a tray of old biscuits in the oven. The cleaning manager came by and disciplined his cleaning team about some other problem in front of our family even swearing once. We could not unpack for over 2 hours due to this mess. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Called the manager the next day and informed him of this entire mess. He was very professional and took off our cleaning costs but Elliott really needs to step up their game and get organized. This is a service industry. I stress the word SERVICE !

21 of my cousins and I stayed at a condo through Elliott Realty for a long weekend getaway and I can't say enough about their service. The condo was very nice, clean and spacious. The price was acceptable. Any issues we had they handled in a friendly and timely manner. We will certainly use them again.

We stayed at the Windy Village A2 and LOVED it!! The area was a nice location and the beach was right outside. Price was affordable! We enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again... many more times!

Rick Elliott is a true "southern gentleman", and his staff has always been great to work with. Carol is a gem too. We are looking forward to staying at some of the Elliott properties again very soon. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We rented Pat & Jacks which is pet friendly. It was clean & cozy and the whole family enjoyed the stay (including the dogs). We rented a golf cart from Aces Golf Cart & that made the stay even better. It was so easy to get to the beach. We had a great North Myrtle Beach vacation thanks to Elliott Beach Rentals.

We just returned from the Baywatch Resort and I have Only Good things to say about the Hotel.The first 2 night we rented directly from the hotel stayed in a k oceanfront which was nice except i think the sofa was not up to par. Night 3-6 we rented a condo at the resort from Elliott and i have to say i was so pleased with the room and the service with elliott..This was our first time going thur a realator and we were totally happy. I have to sleep in a recliner because of a bad back and there was 2 leather rocking recliners in the room...It was nice and roomy and clean..The front desk staff was great expecially Christine, who helped me out so much .She was a super sweet lady.The bell hops were great also..Please dont hesitate to stay here..We are going back soon and will go thur elliott to do so....Thanks so much for all your help.

The condo was ok not up to my expections for the price in the fall but I suppose the beach is now like the mountians there is not off season. As I stated the condo was ok. I did get a call from a lady from the realty comapny on my cell phone AFTER we got home from the beach stating that they would allow us $25.00 credit on our bill Hopefully we will get a ck for this $25.00 in the mail as we had to pay in advance for the condo.I can't say that I would or would not go thru the realty company again or not. I guess it just depends on the mood I am in when I get ready to go the the beach again.
