Actually don't even bother checking. They don't answer the phone or email, and they don't service older dodges, even though they are a dodge dealership. They won't get back to you and won't return email or phone messages. I will never do business with these people.

Just had a horrible experience at Landmark; service advisor Landon rude, and non-repsonsive; Service Director Mike C the same. Six hours to diagnose a simple problem, then for 2.5 hours would not email or fax us the specific details; when we finally got the details in writing, and forwarded to another Chrysler dealer they said the estimate was way too high and did the work at 50% of Landmark price. I towed the car away to a much more responsive dealer.

I don't understand complaints such as 'Stephanie's"...she took it in because it was spewing fuel but she discovers after a month during another service visit that it wasn't fixed!?!? You didn't noticed the fuel spewing during that month?!?!

Anyway, I've never had any issues with the great service department at Landmark. Landon and Mike Crouch are wonderful to deal with!

Took my Jeep Wrangler to the service department to have it repaired because it was spewing fuel after a fill up. Took it back one month later because part of my evap system was broken.
Come to find out they did not repair my original problem and did not tell me! I only found out because I asked if the broken ESIM might be covered under the same extended warranty. The ESIM valve was visibly broken, and the service person Landon called to tell me they could not replicate my problem and couldn't pull any codes. My question, "Did you actually look under the Jeep?" No they did not.
I don't know if these people are scammers or just stupid. Do not take your vehicle to them for repairs.

I would like to thank Jeff Logan for his excellent service in the purchase of our vehicle. When I showed up at the dealership to see the specific vehicle, Jeff informed me that it was not currently on the lot...it was being 'borrowed'. This disheartened me greatly as I drove over 40 miles to see it. He told me he would get it back within the next day and actually offered to bring it to my house! The next day, true to his word, he did exactly that and now my daughter has a great ride to college!

I would like to say thank you to Mike Wise for providing excellent customer service and for being a honest person. From the first time I called Landmark and spoke to Mike I got a good vibe. I explained my situation and asked a lot of questions and made several calls before I went. Every time I called Mike answered all my concerns. I went in and everything was smooth I didn't have to sit for hours and hours. It was everything Landmark's commercial says. I would also like thank Jesse Koehler the finance manager as well. He explained everything and was very funny too. I am glad I went to Landmark.

After contacting Mike he was very quick to respond to all of my questions (and I had a lot). He was patient and wanted me to be informed throughout the process. I felt so comfortable with the information he gave me that we even worked out the deal over the phone before ever seeing the truck in person. I drove from Knoxville, TN (about three and a half hours north) on a week night and he was kind enough to wait on me until about 9:30 that night. He stayed very late as we test drove the truck, and he even went over the interior features with my wife and me. I truly felt that he wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase and experience, which is not the case with many dealers I've worked with before. I would recommend Landmark and Mike Wise to anyone.

I recently had a horrible experience at this location. I was trying to buy a used vehicle. Many things happened that sent up red flags, but I will only mention the two that irritated me the most. First of all we asked for a Carfax, instead we were given an Autocheck report, and were only given the first couple pages. That way they could say it was a one owner car. I have seen these reports before and know how they read. Also, we were trying to see what finance rate they would give us. The salesman would not give us the rate until we signed that we would buy the car!! We kept telling him it would only work out for the right price, and he said "sure sign right here." I am so glad we walked out of there!! I will NEVER go back, or reccomend them. Horrible Service!!

Landmark Dodge sold me a 2 yr old vehicle, stated it had never been in an accident or had any repairs and said it was so safe they would drive their family in it. When I reported this to them, that I would like to come talk to them about this, I was told not to waste their time and just get a lawyer because they are going to sue me ?!?!? Since this has happened, everyone I have talked to in the auto business has stated they have a poor reputation and are notorious for doing things like this. They did this to me, even after having a conversation with them about how my family has bought our past 4 vehicles from their sister store in a different part of Georgia. Please take all of the negative reviews into account- this place is rip off central. I would expect this more from a used car only dealership, not one that has been in business for 28 years. Also check the BBB- they have several complaints!!!!!

I do not understand how some of these folks can say bad things about Landmark, unless they are jerks looking for something free. My husband had worked out a deal with salesperson Mike Wise for a 2008 Dodge Avenger. We live in Birmingham and were willing make the 4 hour drive to pick up the car. After everything was agreed on via e-mail, and numerous phone calls. The saleperson even called the morning we headed to Atlanta, halfway there... he called and said the car was sold. So much for a person standing behind an agreement.
When we called to talk to the sales manager John Astore, he hung up on us. At this point I am just glad we did not buy a car from them. I they are this bad about service when you are wanting to spend almost 20k, can you imagine what they would be like if you have a problem.
Pop me a line if you want more info on why NOT to buy a car from these folks.

I was a visitor of Atlanta , GA on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010 and I took my car to Landmark Dodge to be diagnosed and completely fixed so that I can return back home five hours away. Well, the Director or Service Manager promised me that everything was going to be fine and I spent $942.51 for them to repair my car. Not even three hours into driving back home to Saint Marys, GA, my car ran hot immediately, started to smoke like it was on fire and boiling from underneath the car. They now are saying after I had it diagnosed again in my area that they will not pay for the repairs. Mike Crouch Service Mgr. told me that he will not pay for my repairs and now I have a blown head gasket and water pump and timing belt that needs to be changed. The cost $1350.00! Where is the just in improper diagnostics by supposedly Trained and Certified Technicians. Landon(Service Advisor) and Mike Crouch told me that it is not their fault and that it is mine! I will take action and tell everyone I know not to take their car to Landmark Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep Co.

One day, I was perusing the internet looking for a certain vehicle that would strike my fancy. By pure happenstance, I stammered upon a late model BMW on the website of one Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. On a caprice, I hoisted my new iPhone and telephoned to investigate if the vehicle was untaken. It was, and I set a rendezvous with the awfully sufficient chap whom answered the phone. After the market closed, I voyaged to the establishment and found the vehicle in fine form. The price was already equitable but, thanks to my superior negotiating skills, we were able to acquiesce to a little lower value. They were non-discriminatory with my trade additionally. Much gratitude to Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep for such advanced service!

I saw there commercial on the CW, called up to make sure the ride was still there. It was, came in and they were able to help me even tho my credit wasn't the greatest. The finance manager worked real hard for me and after about an hours, I was rollin!

i found Landmark to be very e-z to deal with. i went in to get a srt challenger but got a rt charger. i had alot of negative equity and the charger helped cover the negative equity. the challenger had no incentives and the salesperson (forgets her name) wuz very helpful in letting me know my options. i loves my new car and the 4 door was def the way to go!!

Love my Challenger! Called ahead, got a great price. No other dealer would touch it. I learned of their Speedfactory upgrades that they install right there. I got that added as well and now I am pushing 600 hp!! So...great in sales, great in service...can't beat that!

Let me start by saying - My husband and I have bought a number Dodges in the last 4 yrs all from the same dealership (not this one) and have never had a bad experience as we did at Landmark. To start things off, we were quoted a deal for the wrong car - mix-up with the Salesman. Then, when we told them how much we would pay monthly we went from negotiating a 75 month loan to a 84 without our knowledge, so we had the start the haggling again. We had to sneak to get the paperwork to see what the Finance person was quoting us (they acted like it was a secret). It took us 2 weeks to finally seal the deal. So, the car was bought and we found it didn't come with a spare tire even though our salesperson assured us it did. We called Landmark once we realized and was told they didn't make a spare for my car. We went on Dodge's website and they would sell us one, but they don't make one????? It has been almost a month since we bought the car and my first payment is due on 5/11. I call the bank to get my account number because I haven't received any paperwork. They tell me they can't give that information to me over the phone. Come to find out, the bank didn't receive the paperwork from the dealership until 5/1 even though I bought the car on 4/11. So with processing at the bank, my first car payment will be late.

The only good thing that happened during this whole ordeal was as we were walking out (after we declined their "final" offer) the main Sales Manager worked the deal for us and got us what we wanted and he wouldn't have done that if he wasn't trying to win "The Largest Volume Dealer Award." Let me start by saying - My husband and I have bought a number Dodges in the last 4 yrs all from the same dealership (not this one) and have never had a bad experience as we did at Landmark. To start things off, we were quoted a deal for the wrong car - mix-up with the Salesman. Then, when we told them how much we would pay monthly we went from negotiating a 75 month loan to a 84 without our knowledge, so we had the start the haggling again. We had to sneak to get the paperwork to see what the Finance person was quoting us (they acted like it was a secret). It took us 2 weeks to finally seal the deal. So, the car was bought and we found it didn't come with a spare tire even though our salesperson assured us it did. We called Landmark once we realized and was told they didn't make a spare for my car. We went on Dodge's website and they would sell us one, but they don't make one????? It has been almost a month since we bought the car and my first payment is due on 5/11. I call the bank to get my account number because I haven't received any paperwork. They tell me they can't give that information to me over the phone. Come to find out, the bank didn't receive the paperwork from the dealership until 5/1 even though I bought the car on 4/11. So with processing at the bank, my first car payment will be late.

The only good thing that happened during this whole ordeal was as we were walking out (after we declined their "final" offer) the main Sales Manager worked the deal for us and got us what we wanted and he wouldn't have done that if he wasn't trying to win "The Largest Volume Dealer Award." I'm not sure how they are going to get that award if they continue to make the car buying experience so difficult.

i purchased a used car off ebay from landmark dodge. before making the final bid, i had spoken to both jeff and mike and they assured me that everything was gunna go smooth. they had a porter pick me up from the airport and bring me back to the dealership. i was able to catch an earlier flight to atlanta, so i had to wait a little bit since mike had an appointment with other customers. i think this is the only dealership Ive ever been in that had a concession stand. i inspected the car top to bottom, took it from a testdrive, and then handled things with the paperwork and money. i was in and out in a timley manner; i wasnt rushed nor was i waiting a long time. after that, i got some dealer temp tags, showed them proof on insurance, and was soon on my long trip home.

Found a car online, contacted the dealer, they gave me a price. I came in and was out of there in an hour. Everything went well over anything I could have expected. Great and I would definitely buy from them again!

This was the 4th dealership that I visited and I can honestly say the only one that was worth my time. The sales staff was extremely courteous, the facility was nice and neat, and I couldn't ask for a better deal. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this business and I will continue to go there for my sales and service needs.

I contacted Landmark online. I was given clear answers to all my questions. When I got to the dealership I was amazed at how many cars they had. I purchased the car I originally inquired about, but I was able to compare it to so many others I was sure that I was buying the car that I wanted. Also, the deal I was told online was the deal I received when I got there. My salesperson, Jeff, was great!

I recently found a car online that was at Landmark Dodge. I called in, they said it was available and they gave me a name of who to ask for when I got there. I would love to actually rave about a car dealer, but this one I cannot. I found a car online that I thought I would be getting a great deal, and they told me there was a mistake with the price. I guess I won't be going back there again.
