In a little over a year's span, our two daughters have both needed paint and body repairs to their Explorers. Both Explorers were delivered on or ahead of the promised date, the repairs were absolutely first class in all respects. Customer representatives and desk personnel were unfailingly responsive and polite. They made us feel that our business was appreciated from the initial appointment confirmation call, through the vehicle drop off and repair consultation, and continuing with regular updates. Doing business with everyone was an honest pleasure at all times. In particular, I want to thank both Candice and Chase for all they did to make our business with B&B such a pleasure.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about your employees Marty, Martha & Kristen. Wow!!! What a great bunch of employees you have. From the phone to walking into the doors of B&B I felt such at ease. I was in shambles after being rear ended and they made me feel so comfortable leaving my car for repairs. Martha & Kristen both had smiles on their faces and were very pleasant to communicate with. You know you don't get that much in today's society. Customer service is almost out of the window. Most places you go to they make you feel like "okay what do you want" and " do you want us to wait on you or not!" Marty was extremely helpful. He walked me through the details about my car and explained everything that needed to be done so that I understood what he was talking about. I don't know what you teach your team, but I can tell you it WORKS. You know auto repair shops sometimes tend to make you feel like you are standing there with "RIP ME OFF" written all over your face and that is very scary sometimes. It makes a difference when you can feel that the auto shop is actually working for you. If I ever need repairs again, B&B is where I'm heading. GREAT Team!!! I am in a line of work where I provide service to my constituents and also receive services from several entities on a daily basis. I know good customer service is extremely rare and hard to come by, but I had an atypical experience at B & B. Ms. Vajgert has fully earned her title as CS Manager. She was tremendous. She was exceptionally friendly, understanding and helpful. Without her initiative and persistence with the insurance company of the individual that hit my car, I would not have been able to be in my car so quickly. I realize your company needed payment and had it's interests in mind as well, but that was never at the forefront of her message to me. I also had the opportunity to interact with Scott and the reception staff, who were equally as friendly and helpful.??Thank you and your staff for making this portion of a frustrating experience easy to get through. I have been to your facility once in the past, and while I personally hope it is my last time to venture through your doors with this car, I will highly recommend B&B to anyone in need of the services you offer.

I wish I had never taken myt ruck to these people. When I went to pick up my truck they got the paint wrong and then they tryd to tell me there was nothing wrong with the paint job and that is how it is supposed to look. The paint job doesnt match the rest of the vehicle! Now they say I have to pay for it or I dont get my vehicle back! Reluctantly, I am going to go in there and pay for it because I didn't read the fine print on the contract. They told me they do not take American express or personal checks. Now I know why. Please do not take your vehicle to these crooks.

The man who performed my estimate could have pressured me into spending tons of money getting my loose back bumper replaced. Instead, he was honest and said he could put in a couple of screws that would hold it tight as long as I could live with the minor cosmetic damage. Then he did the work in just a few minutes for no charge! I think that kind of honesty is rare these days and definitely shows that this is a business with integrity and class.

The man who performed my estimate could have pressured me into spending tons of money getting my loose back bumper replaced. according to the estimate my vehicle had light damage and only needed three days of work, over three weeks later, my car is still not done, the paint has bad orange peal but they say it is up to industry standards so they won't fix it. the car literally looked better before I brought it to them. I regret using them and hope you avoid them.

I have never had a problem with B&B. The staff goes out of their way to make me feel welcome and they do quality work. I have taken my vehicle to them on two occasions and they made my car look better than when it was new. They even gave me a ride since I was not getting a rent car. They are very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my car to B&B on IH35 and it has been such a nightmare. First my car was there for over 6 weeks. When I got it back the front had scratches (they said from laying hoses on it) the new back bumper looked like someone pryed it on with a screwdriver, it had indentions. They offered me 50 bucks to go away quietly. Here it is weeks later (going on 3 months) and my car is back in the shop and not ready as promised. They do very very poor work! If you care anything about your car take it somewhere else, maybe you have a 5 year old that could paint it!
