I agree i wouldn't want to shop in an optical were employees are pressured by a regional manager, my concerns would be 2nd best, too bad, he needs to understand that some people simply can not afford 3 pairs of eye wear due to the economy today. Jeez!

I stepped in a sears optical today, and had your review in mind. I don't know who this man is, but i certainly would hate to work under him. The store manager was kind, and sweet, hopefully he doesn't run her out the store.

Not fond of the regional manager, Scott Arnold.
He's running great people out of the stores, faces that have helped my family for years. The optical doesn't seem like the same place anymore, instead i'm attacked by hungry, pushy, sell associates. They don't know me, and they surely do not care about my needs. A good optician to him is one who can sell 3 pairs of glasses to a person, instead of good old fashion customer service, and familiar faces. I took my business elsewhere.
