I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic LX, on 12/21/2013, with the help of sales consultant Jim Cirimele. The evening prior, I negotiated a great price via e-mail with Internet sales coordinator, Laura Robinette. This was the first new car I've ever purchased and, to be honest, I was not looking forward to what I thought would be the stereotypical "car salesman" interaction. I've read and heard so many salesman horror stories that I just assumed it was something I had to battle though if I wanted to buy a car from a dealership. I was friendly and polite but, inside, I had my guard up the whole time, just in case, and it wasn't until I left Luigi Galeazzi's office (finance manager) that I realized none of the tricks or scams or pressure tactics had been used on me. I can't tell you what a relief that was. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would not hesitate to purchase future vehicles from AutoPark Honda in Cary, NC.

After getting my new Civic home, I noticed a small nick in the paint and a small stain on the hood that I was unable to clean off. I sent an e-mail to Jim, with pictures, and he promptly replied. Jim said to contact him to schedule an appointment and they'd take care of the nick and stain. With the holidays and life in general, I haven't had the time to take my car back to the dealership. Once the those small imperfections are repaired, I'll write another review of my repair experience with AutoPark Honda. I'm sure it will be another great experience.

One final note: Every question I've had since the purchase of my new Civic, has been answered quickly and thoroughly by Jim.

Just bought a new Honda here about a week ago. This is the first time I've been here and dealt with their salesmen. They claim that they are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and that customers come first. This is far from the truth. Our salesman, Farrante Campbell, lacked professionalism and customer service. He was inattentive and nonchalant, glancing away and arrogantly whistling most of the time. He was not knowledgeable about the car and its features and gave incorrect information. There was nothing great about our buying experience at Honda Cary Auto Park with Farrante Campbell and his manager. They act as though they do not appreciate and value your business.

I would recommend going to Crown Honda at Southpoint where there is excellent customer service. They will do anything for your business. Unfortunately, they did not have the car I wanted in stock. Otherwise, I would've have bought it from them instantly.

I rate ZERO stars for Auto Park Honda. Glad I'm in a Honda, and that's about the only thing I'm happy about. I could have/ should have gotten a Honda someplace else. Though I work 3 minutes away, I do not anticipate bringing in my car here for services because I do not want to deal with substandard customer service. I would avoid this place if possible. I came very close to changing my mind and even considered purchasing a Hyundai across the street solely due to the poor service. I can??t speak about the other people at Cary Auto Park Honda, but I will warn you to stay away from Farrante Campbell?unless you want to deal with a whistling ignorant salesman who ruins your buying experience.
