On Sept.6th I called the service dept. and spoke with service advisor Nelson Regalado. I explained I was having trouble starting our civic and we were leaving on a road trip this weekend. Nelson told me if I could be at the dealership within an hour and he would help me out. I arrived and met Nelson, filled out some paper work and took our civic. Less than an hour later, the car was done with a new battery and a car wash and i was on my way. I really appreciated the fast service thanks to Nelson.

I am giving this business a bad rating because their service department is deplorable. Representatives of the service department are frequently obnoxious and incompetent. They are more professional when they know sales representatives are watching them, but not much. Unbelievably rude and smug.

On a $200 service (in which I had waited at least four hours) they missed that I had a dead battery causing me to get stuck and miss an important appointment. I suspected this was the problem and the dealership told me I would have to schedule an appointment in a few days as they were booked! Another Honda dealership found the dead battery immediately, and replaced it the same day.

Employees at McDonald's exhibit more common sense and professional courtesy than the service representatives at this dealership. You can count on being ignored and having to wait all day for a $34 service scheduled well in advance.

We have purchased several Honda vehicles from this dealer and have had all of their servicing done there over the last four years, and the service has been outstanding. They assign you to always work with the same Service Representative every time you contact them, and they get to know you personally, and treat you like a friend. Without going into detail and making this too lengthy, I'll say I did have a couple of issues come up that I confronted them on, and they quickly took care of them in the way that I asked. Compared with the numerous other dealers we have dealt with over the years, this one has been by far the best!

I called parts - was treated abruptly. Their prices are well above other Honda dealers I checked. If you're going to have a website for customer service, have someone monitoring it that has a clue. Also, comparative shop other dealers. Would not buy at this dealership.

I just bought an 05 toyota corolla from the dealer, took delivery of it one day after it came on the lot, took it back for it's "inspection" and detail job 2 days later. One week later found MAJOR damage to the underside of the car. Metal damaged badly coming thru back floor. I took it back to the dealer and found them to be extremely rude, treating my husband and I like common criminals, disputing the fact that we DID NOT cause this damage, nor did we put the 2 plastic zip ties under the front bumper to hold a plastic plate to the car. The general manager was very rude, aggressive, and intimidating. After trying to inquire about the inspection report we were told to get the hell out of his office and off the property. We had to walk to the back lot of the service dept. to get our car. I was also promised a second key that I am still waiting on. It seems to me that they do not inspect their used cars properly and certainly don't stand behind their promised excellent customer service. I would not recomend them to anyone!

Plenty of coffee and tv while I waited to do my finance. I did use my own bank but was still given good advice. Thanks Doug for all the hard work getting me my deal and taking care of me and the kids.

My Wife and I had the worst experience here. Buyer Beware. A Sales Associate named " Bridget" knows nothing about the vehicles and attempted to make a side deal with us to out smart her boss and get cash on the side. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I visited this Honda dealer twice. I found them to be very dishonest and pushy the first time that I visited. I visited a second time and requested a different salesperson. This salesperson was nice, but the finance manager was one of the rudest people that I have ever encountered in my life. He insisted that I finance the car at a high interest rate. I told him that I prefered to use my credit union, which had a much lower rate. At this point, he told me to leave his office because he had "customers." I would not recommend Space Coast Honda to my worst enemy.
