We've used Convict Hill Floor Covering on three separate occasions, and they are awesome!!! They've done both tile and carpet work for us, and we couldn't be happier. They are reasonable, caring, non-pushy, and very professional!!! We highly recommend the business and owners!!

Christian and the team at Convict Hill Floor Covering did an excellent job on our master bath remodel. Christian was very knowledgeable about the latest in bath designs and styles and was very patient as my wife and I debated about what was just the right shade of beige tile to use. Once the tile selection and design were finalized, Christian scheduled the work so that it would be done as efficiently and quickly as possible. The work was done in about a week and the end result looked terrific. Throughout the whole process the team at Convict Hill Floor Covering was very professional and wanted to ensure that we were very satisfied customers. We will definitely be working with them again as we tackle the next home improvement project - the kitchen.

Convict Hill Floor Covering just completed our kitchen redo. New ceramic tile floor, strip wallpaper, spray texture, prime and paint. I worked with Christian and Terri on my sister's kitchen remodel and was so pleased with the way the whole project turned out that I decided to use them on my own project. Convict Hill Floor Covering store has a large selection of materials to choose from, and Christian and Terri take the time to work with each client to get the results you are looking for.

After the selection process, the materials are ordered and work is scheduled. Terri works diligently to coordinate all aspects of the job in a timely manner. The crew arrives when scheduled and work is done in a neat and orderly fashion.

Christian likes to 'pop in' often at the work site to make sure the customer is pleased and that the work is being performed as discussed. Christian stays involved with the crews until the job is done and the customer is satisfied.

He had a complete kitchen remodel and flooring replacement due to a water leak. What is more, my wife was already 8 months pregnante and we needed to get the work done fast. CHFC gave us new counter tops, backsplash, fixed floor tile, and replaced our carpet. All we had to do was coordinate our plumber and cabinet installation. \r

Several years ago, we installed hardwood floors and Convict Hill did a superb job at the very best price ... and we sought MANY estimates around town.
When it came time (past time, actually!) to remodel our bathrooms, we called Christian at Convict Hill first since we knew first-hand the talent and professionalism of her staff and crew.
But, it wasn't until we saw the tile work done on our new shower that we realized the work is more than just a shower installation ... it's truly a work of art. It's gorgeous!! The crews show up early, work late and get every detail JUST right ... they are professional, considerate and do top-notch work. For any project, we'll call them first!

Convict Hill installed Silestone countertops and a subway tile backsplash for a recent kitchen remodel. Terri and Christian were very friendly and easy to work with. The workers were all very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

I replace my carpet every two years or so with my changing taste in current trends and I have always had the best experiences with them. A few years ago my house was flooded due to faulty plumbing and I asked Christian to re-floor my wood floors, re-carpet & install new Silestone counters and backsplashes. I received the best service. So much personal attention was given to every detail of my project and I was so happy with the quality of the installation and the products she offered and also how beautiful everything looked in my home. Convict Hill Flooring just installed carpet & floors throughout our entire house. Our installation was professionally executed, on time, and on budget with no surprises. Broad selection of quality wood, laminate, and carpet in the showroom. Unlike the large national retail chains, getting a measurement from Convict Hill was fast, FREE, and without endless nickel and dime upcharges for furniture moving, prep, etc. Wish I had known before I wasted a $35 measuring fee at Home Depot who ended up being the highest bidder by a large margin. The crew from Convict Hill Floorcovering did an excellent job installing my hardwood floors. They arrived on time and completed the job (three bedrooms and a hallway) in two days. They were neat and cleaned up well. I can highly recommend them.

I had passed by the Convict Hill shop numerous times, but never had a reason to stop until a recent washing machine incident caused us to be in the market for new flooring. I was surprised by the extensive selection - the store seems small from the outside, but it holds a lot of options! I picked up hardwood samples from three stores and found just what we wanted at Convict Hill - and at the best price. After we placed the order, the materials were delivered quickly, and our installation happened about a week later. Christian said the job could take 3 to 5 days, but the superb install team (paid by the square foot, not the hour) finished taking out our old floor and putting in the new within a day and a half. Their work was excellent, and they were extremely professional. It was easy to see that they were much more detail-oriented than our builder's contractors who had installed our original flooring seven years earlier. Andy and his team understood that we had to live in the house and get around during the install process, and they made it easy for us to do just that. Christian provided detailed instructions up front about how to prepare for the remodel. She answered all of my questions, and after we got her quote, she even reviewed our homeowner's insurance claim estimate to see if it was missing anything. Convict Hill was just what I was looking for. From the start, I felt I was working with a very experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy team. The entire process went smoothly, and I'd recommend them or use them again in an instant for flooring, countertops or tile work. I bought Silestone Stellar Night for my kitchen. The man who came out to measure, Paul, was very cordial & professional. He described the whole process, clearly told me what he would need, & the next week came to install the product. Normally it takes about 3 weeks for the product to come in but it came in early & he installed it in one day. The cuts & seams were perfect, he also installed the new sink in place (sans plumbing) & cleaned up before he left. \r
