Christian (owner) and her staff did a great job of walking us thru the process of replacing our hardwood floors. She answered all our questions and concerns from start to finish (even after the sale).Her installers did a great job and were very fast/efficient. Our new floors have transformed our downstairs!

The store has a great selection of product that they are very familar with and can recommend. We have already recommended some our friends who are in processing of remodeling.

If you a looking for a great service, price, and product, I would highly recommend calling Christian and her team!

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my flooring purchase from Convict Hill Floor Covering.

From the get go, Christian made selecting my new tile a pleasant experience. Her knowledge of the products and ability to understand my needs was very helpful. She was even able to assist me with design ideas for a small area of tile around my fireplace, coming up with a creative idea that I would never have thought of, but that looks fantastic. She was also able to accommodate my budget, helping me find a tile choice that would allow me to get the effect I wanted without going over budget.

The installation crew was fast, efficient, cleanly, and professional. Everyone who has seen my new floor has commented on how well the installation was done.

Overall, I would highly recommend Convict Hill Floor Covering and Christian Gribble to anyone who is considering getting new flooring for their home. My new floor looks beautiful, and I am so happy!

I recently called Convict Hill Flooring along with several other flooring companies for a quote on new floorsin my home. Convict Hill was the first of the couple that I called who responded. They were the most courteous, professional and the best listeners as far as what I wanted. Needless to say I went with Convict Hill Flooring and couldn't be happier! From the beginning to middle to end...the entire project was executed with great service & excellent results. Ask for Christian she really made this whole process so comfortable for me. Great service. Great price! Thank you guys....I love my floors!

I must say that I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Convict Hill. I have used Christian and her team for carpet for many, many years. I replace my carpet every two years or so with my changing taste in current trends and I have always had the best experiences with them. A few years ago my house was flooded due to faulty plumbing and I asked Christian to re-floor my wood floors, re-carpet & install new Silestone counters and backsplashes. I received the best service. So much personal attention was given to every detail of my project and I was so happy with the quality of the installation and the products she offered and also how beautiful everything looked in my home. I was so happy with her team that I had convict Hill Flooring do all of the tile & counters in my master bath remodel early last year before I sold my home. Once I purchased a new home, even though it was brand new construction, I insisted with the builder that Convict Hill provide the floors. They have my business & I would recommend them to everybody!

Two projects completed and not one negative thing to say! We are extremely happy with our new carpet & hardwood floors. Chritian walked us through the project from inception to the completion in a very professinal manner throughout the entire project. Great selection, quality of work, terrific installers and just a great service all around. I would highly recommend Convict Hill Flooring to anyone who wants a job done correctly, professionally & with no surprises! Bravo!

Convict Hill Flooring has been a great company to work with!. We have used them multiple times in different houses and plan to use them again in the near future. They have demonstrated extreme patients and terrific guidance in the selection process.

Their installers have been on time, professional, and do nice work. It's always nice when workers clean up after themselves as they have done for us.

Coming from the construction field, we always compare pricing and Convict Hill Flooring has always been on the mark with their pricing.

We even referred them to somebody for a tiny repair, and they were pleased as well. It seems as if customer satisfaction is their goal every day, not just once in a while.

They have earned our future business.

Convict Hill Flooring just installed carpet & floors throughout our entire house. Our installation was professionally executed, on time, and on budget with no surprises. Broad selection of quality wood, laminate, and carpet in the showroom. Unlike the large national retail chains, getting a measurement from Convict Hill was fast, FREE, and without endless nickel and dime upcharges for furniture moving, prep, etc. Wish I had known before I wasted a $35 measuring fee at Home Depot who ended up being the highest bidder by a large margin. Our next door neighbors were so impressed that they selected Convict Hill Flooring to replace their floors as well. Shop with confidence.

The crew from Convict Hill Floorcovering did an excellent job installing my hardwood floors. They arrived on time and completed the job (three bedrooms and a hallway) in two days. They were neat and cleaned up well. I can highly recommend them.

I had passed by the Convict Hill shop numerous times, but never had a reason to stop until a recent washing machine incident caused us to be in the market for new flooring. I was surprised by the extensive selection - the store seems small from the outside, but it holds a lot of options! I picked up hardwood samples from three stores and found just what we wanted at Convict Hill - and at the best price. After we placed the order, the materials were delivered quickly, and our installation happened about a week later. Christian said the job could take 3 to 5 days, but the superb install team (paid by the square foot, not the hour) finished taking out our old floor and putting in the new within a day and a half. Their work was excellent, and they were extremely professional. It was easy to see that they were much more detail-oriented than our builder's contractors who had installed our original flooring seven years earlier. Andy and his team understood that we had to live in the house and get around during the install process, and they made it easy for us to do just that. Christian provided detailed instructions up front about how to prepare for the remodel. She answered all of my questions, and after we got her quote, she even reviewed our homeowner's insurance claim estimate to see if it was missing anything. Convict Hill was just what I was looking for. From the start, I felt I was working with a very experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy team. The entire process went smoothly, and I'd recommend them or use them again in an instant for flooring, countertops or tile work. I am VERY picky about any work done in my house, and Convict Hill exceeded my expectations.

Wow, we had hardwood put in on our stairs and new counters and backsplash in our kitchen. Not only did they do great work, but they did it when we were on vacation so we got to come home to a great new look. We really felt like all of our concerns were met with great information and got help with what products would be best for us. We love our new floors and kitchen and will definatley use Convict Hill Floor Covering for our next flooring project.

As a builder we have used Convict Hill Floor Covering for our flooring needs on several houses. We have found their tile installers, hardwood installers and carpet installers to be both professional and concerned that their work was done as it should be, Any concerns I had were taken care of immediately. We will continue to do buisness with them in the future.

Christian and Terrie have been such a great help to me being a new designer to Austin. They've directed me to their product line, have educated me on many of the products' nuances and have helped in material and color selection for several products.

The Convict Hill team really know their stuff and are willing to help you in your project, no matter how small! And they're all such wonderfully warm and friendly folks that you want to visit them and the showroom often! Check them out -- you'll be glad you did!

I bought Silestone Stellar Night for my kitchen. The man who came out to measure, Paul, was very cordial & professional. He described the whole process, clearly told me what he would need, & the next week came to install the product. Normally it takes about 3 weeks for the product to come in but it came in early & he installed it in one day. The cuts & seams were perfect, he also installed the new sink in place (sans plumbing) & cleaned up before he left.

The ladies I worked with, Christian & Terry, were very polite & accommodating throughout the whole process. I had a great experience with this store & if I move to another home in the Austin area, I am definitely going back to Convict Hill Floorcovering!

I have worked with Christian for the past 7-8 years for flooring and carpeting in my home. She and her team are absolutely trust worthy. I cannot say enough goods things about the work that they do. You will not be disappointed. I have even called on Christian to help out when another company started some work on my home and could not fulfill their obligation. Christian came to the rescue and situation was settled fair and square. I will never use anyone other than Convict Hill Flooring. You shouldn't either.

This company is outstanding. They are very professional and meet their obligations . They were very knowledgeable is helping us pick out the flooring we needed. Pricing was competitive. They were on site when requested. They did an excellent job laying the floor. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The floor looked great. They are a prime example of how a job should be done. They are very customer oriented. No complaints.

Okay, so Christian and her team have worked with us on two separate occasions. We loved the advice, attention to detail, and the beautiful floors they installed in our livingroom so much that we had them come back to do the bedroom! We worked with another company in the months before my best friend recommended Convict Hill Floorcovering, and it was so awful I don't have words! We dealt with lies, terrible work, forgetfulness that hinged on brain death...you name it. Now that we found Christian and her team we will continue to use them whenever we have flooring needs. I have recommended them numerous times...and I am picky!

I live way out by Perdales Falls (as the crow flies) and needed just one small room carpeted (newborn's room). So, I knew it was going to hurt in the wallet. I scoured the local flooring businesses, looking for the right carpet, in stock, and which could be installed way out there, in a relatlvely cost effective manner. Tall order? I thought so too, until I met Christian. She not only worked directly with my wife and I to get a GREAT carpet, at a price we could afford, but also had it in stock. Her team installed it when they said they would and did an absolute terrific job. We couldn't be happier or more satisfied. I have since recommended Convict Hill Floor Covering to my personal friends and co-workers. Talk to Christian, you'll be glad you did!

Christian did a great job for us! We had hard wood floors and new carpet installed. She was great to work with. Very professional and friendly. She has a great crew. We called her back after we moved into our house to tile our bathrooms, which turned out great as well! In phase 1 of my flooring project, I met w/ several contractors and got the best bid from Christian. She & her team did the best job, and I couldn't have been more pleased w/ the work, so there was no reason to go to anyone else w/ phase 2 of my project. This company does a great job and is very cost competitive. I'll use them any time that I have another flooring project. They also put in granite countertops for me, and their work was equally stellar in this area.

They are great! We had hardwood floors and new carpeting installed throughout the house and are thrilled with the look and quality. Offers the best pricing and quality for your money. We went back to her again to get our bathroom shower and tub backsplash retiled and it looks FABULOUS. Offers great selection, great suggestions and ways to work within your budget. We will no doubt go back to her again... and again.

Christian came over and sized the place up in no time at all. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She fit us in in two days between two other jobs because we had specific time constraints and was in and out in no time with GREAT WORK. Her crews are on time and trustworthy and very clean.
