We have bought three vehicle shere over the years and the lady in sales that helped us last time was so friendly and patient. I think her name was Beth and it took me a long while to make up my mind. Everyone there was so nice!

advertise one price and charge another during service appointment ... also bought a new truck at this location and they said the a loaner would always be available when i needed service ... first, second, then third .... never a loaner ... i hate this place... will never be back!!!!

Ok I'd like to break this review up into two different categories:
1. Sales: Awesome! I have been doing business with Parkway Ford for 10 plus years and their sales staff and sales customer service are absolutely wonderful!
2. Service (Maintenance): The staff members that Parkway Ford has working in their service department could use a little extra "customer service" vehicle-side manners training. These individuals do not give a rats *&%$# about getting vehicles fixed correctly or whether or not they get it back to you in a timely manner. I'd rather pay double to a private mechanic and I do!

I have done business (by force) with this company for years. They are the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. Now I know why people take their Fords to Mt. Airy for service - it's worth the drive. These folks never have cars fixed on time, I have yet to not have to take a vehicle back for the same thing at least once - and the attitude you get is "take it or leave it". No customer focus at all. They do not seem to care at all that you are a customer - they only want you to buy a car from them... they are certainly willing to take your money for service - but they provide subquality customer service every time.
