It has the perfect southern on the water atmosphere. I agree with other viewer's, best to go during the summer or when it is warm. Limited space inside and gets crowded and loud fast. The directions say 103 Morse Rd; the restaurant is on Moore St. in Swansboro, right off of hwy 24. That will be easier to find then the posted info. Anyway the food was and is great. Even if you are not a seafood lover, they prepare some pretty big steaks. Read the small fine print menu carefully because the mixed dishes are even better! Yes it's true everything is a little pricey, however the quality is more then the price demands. Needless to say my wife and I will be returning again, hungry for more!

I love going in warm weather and being able to sit outside on the water! Food is yummy, love the chocolate volcano dessert. I think my favorite thing on the menu is the pecan/pesto crusted grouper! Staff is friendly, and they have a good wine selection.

My husband & I went there for dinner & shared a sample platter. The seafood was delicious. Everything was very fresh. There was lots to choose from on the menu. I'd love to go back to try more. Warning - they do have a limited lunch menu.

Went there mid August 2008. Great food. Three of us all had something different. Waitress was delightful and kept us supplied with ice tea and fresh bread. Only drawback was it took 30 minutes for our appetizers to arrive. Aside from that it was an overall pleasent experience and will most definately go back there again.

We selected this restaurant only because it was the only one open on Palm Sunday this year. Everyone else had closed early for some reason. Every time someone at the table ordered - the waiter was back at the table saying "Oops, we're out of scallops" or "We're out of flounder" ... well what the heck let me just order a salad. Guess what ... they were out of cucumbers and didn't even tell me. I questionned the salad from what I read about the ingredients. Yet, they didn't even take off for not having all the stuff for my salad. Only thing I enjoyed was eating the french fries off my husband's plate. Didn't want to order anything else for fear "We're out of that".
Will I go back, possibly but not in any hurry. Waiters were friendly and nice, but this restaurant lacks food! And the prices were high for such a place too.
