.

Very thankful for their expertise and outstanding care of my Benny, he had been sick for a few days and of course it was the weekend so we where so pleased to find a vet to see him, we feel we could not have asked for more caring and knowledgable professionals. If you are ever in need of after hours vet care these are the BEST in town.

Benny says thank you Dr. Johnson

My wife brought our 1 year old Maltese into the Animal Emergency Hospital of Holly Hill for treatment. Initially the charge was $322.00. They insisted all additional charges up to the maximum of $1200.00 be paid for in advance. My wife presented a Visa credit/debit card and an American Express for the full charges. They said find an ATM. She tried to write a check for charges to that point, get the dog and leave but they said no checks over $300.00. They said without payment in full she would not be allowed to take the dog. Holding an animal hostage for payment is not legal. I told them to punch the Visa card in and it worked. I took the dog to the Banfield Animal Hospital in Pet Smart at Palm Coast Florida the following day. They treated him for $117.00. I would recommend Banfield and Animal Emergency Clinic at 3500 W highway 92 in Daytona Beach. Whatever you do STAY AWAY from Animal Emergency Hospital of Holly Hill or their affiliate in St Augustine. They are the same people. They couldn??t care less about your pet. It is all about the MONEY and in an emergency they take full advantage of your concern.
