Welcome to The Grove Restaurant and Tavern in Decatur. We're a neighborhood bar & grill with incredible food, wonderful staff and top notch food to top it off. You won't find a better local hang out when you are looking for a fun place to kick back, watch a game, catch up with old friends or meet new ones. We are the best the sports bar in town with flat screen tvs everywhere, including the patio. Our patio has heat lamps, so you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the change of seasons. Feel free to bring the dog because our patio is pet friendly. We've got free Wi-Fi if you want to hunker down with your laptop and play fantasy football or even get some work done, if that's your thing. We've got the ultimate bar menu with items such as sweet potato fries, texas burger with blue cheese, buffalo chicken salad and much more. Stop on by for a good time, with good people at the Grove.
Grove is a typical neighborhood pub. It's a nice addition to the neighborhood, and the strip behind it has definitely improved over the last few years, so it doesn't feel so random. The food is good, but not great. The service is generally fairly good, and the prices are reasonable. If you are in the area and need a place for a quick, affordable meal, this is a good choice. I wouldn't intentionally drive out of the way to get here, though.

The Grove is located at the corner of LaVista And Oak Grove Rd. It has a very large inviting patio. The only drawback is that people are allowed to smoke out there. They serve sandwiches, salads, and they also serve beverages from the bar. Pro: Nice patio
Con: Smoking allowed
