I love Quoffers, the staff & bartenders are very friendly. They also happen to serve my favorite beer on tap. Blue Moon. I got there any chance I get. :)

Quoffers has all the charms of a great drinking establishment. It is known in the local area as "the place to be." It is based on a British theme ranging from the good selection of English/European ales and beers, to the charm of the staff (mostly English chaps). Quoffers is positively a place I would visit again. To sum it up: GOOD ALES, GOOD ATMOSPHERE and CHARMING STAFF.

If any one is from Elgin Texas then you know of Quoffers Pub.
I noticed Quoffers one day as I drove through the one stop light in town and saw a sign for Live music. I went in one night and had a blast! I don't want to say I go there a lot because then I sound like an alcoholic, but I love going there often!
You are surrounded by down to Earth people and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The bartenders are friendly and the waitresses are very pleasant.
They have live music one night, Teachers have their own day and they even have a Karaoke night! So if you think you can sing come on in!
Any way, they are great and if you are ever in Elgin and want to find a place to have some fun Quoffers Pub is the place to be!!

Cons: funny name, but thats not much of a drawback!
